[46] Life Changing

Stiles and Madi hopped up, seeing Jackson eyes turn reptilian. Madi felt dizzy as Stiles grabbed her hand and they walked slowly away seeing him transform slowly into the kanima.

"Alright more ketamine the man needs ketamine. Come on." Stiles said urgently.

"We don't have any more." Issac said making them look and see the empty bottle.

"You used the whole bottle?" Stiles asked the boy with annoyance.

Erica suddenly grabbed their attention, them looking and see Jackson standing up. "Okay out everybody out." Stiles said urgently.

They all ran shutting the door and putting their backs to it. "Okay find something to move in front of the door!" Stiles said right before Jackson crashed right through the metal and running away.

"We have to go find him." Stiles said panicking. They all started to walk besides Madi who started to cough.

"Madi are you okay?" Issac asked.

She stood up straight, "I'm fine. Go find Jackson." The werewolves nodded and ran off. She went to take step forward. Stiles noticed her swaying making him run to her and catch her right before she fell.

"Hey hey hey, what's wrong?" Stiles asked as Madi continued to tried to take deep breaths in, only cough it out. "Madison!"

"Something's wrong with Scott." She panted as Derek ran over. Derek kneeled down next Madi confused on what was happening to her.

"We lost Jackson." Stiles said. At the same time Issac and Erica came back, blood on their shirts. Madi realized that the girl Jackson was trying to kill was dead.

They went to cross of the mountain ash, but couldn't. "It's working." Madi said.

"Oh this is-," Stiels started with excitement. "I did something!"

"Stiles that's amazing." Madi said getting up only sway more causing both Derek and Stiles to help her get on her feet. "We have to find Scott. Now."

"Scott." Derek said looking up with panic. "Break it."

"What no way!" Stiles said looking at what he did.

"Scott's dying!" Derek yelled making Madi's heart drop. She stumbled over to the line, kicking it with her shoe, Derek immediately running in to find Scott.

"He can't breathe." Madi said to Scott panting.

"How do you know?" Stiles asked.

"Cause I can't breathe!" Madi yelled. Stiles now panicked for both twins.

"Okay come on." He said, lifting her arm around his shoulder, helping her quickly walk to where Derek ran. They saw Derek run out of a smoking room with Scott unconscious in his arms. Once they got outside Madi immediately felt fresh air rush to her lungs.

"Scott!" She said rushing over to him.

"We have to get him to Deaton."

Madi sat next to Derek who's hurt arm was now in a bandage. They watched tiredly as Deaton brought Scott back to health. He tapped Scott on the face, Scott opening his eyes making Madi sigh quietly in relief.

"Thank you." Derek said to the veterinarian. Deaton smiled back as his answer before walking away.

Madi looked at Derek, who felt her stare. Once he looked back, she slowly smiled at him. "Thank you Derek."
