Later on that night...

Chris decided he wanted to cook me a healthy dinner. But I was craving chipotle so bad. I sat there upset, I mean who knows maybe I was meant to have a big baby.

"L come on".

"I'm not hungry".

"You have to eat, come on".

I walked over to the table pouting.

"Listen I'm only doing this for you two" as he points to my stomach.

"Whatever".

"Are you really mad at me?".

"No I'm just in a bad mood".

"Just calm down and taste the chicken".

I took a piece of the chicken and just stared at it on my fork. It looks dry and nasty. My tastebuds was not feeling this meal.

"L you have to eat!".

"I'm not eating this".

"I was serious when I said no junk".

"Can we go to chipotle it's healthy. I'll get chicken with rice and guacamole. Along with lettuce and salsa since that's vegetables".

"Nice try".

"Come on, please!!!".

"Fine we'll go but no chips, cheese, beans".

"No beans, why?".

"No offense but the gas you make is lethal" as we were on our way to good food.

Chris POV

I wanted to give L a surprise baby shower. Plus, she doesn't think she's having one due to her family not being here in New York.

I decided to call a good friend of mine who's wife is good at planning parties.

"Hey bro what's up?".

"Nothing just living".

"Me too".

"How's the pregnancy?".

"She's good the only thing is the doctor put her on a diet".

"Wow, I know she's pissed".

"Yeah but she got to do it for about 2 months".

"So when are you throwing the shower?".

"I don't know probably next month. That's why I need your wife to help out".

"You're the only man I know who plans baby showers".

"Got to make her happy".

"I guess, I'll tell my wife to call you when she gets in".

"Alright man talk to you later".

"Cool bye".

I know if this goes to plan she'll be very surprised. I just have to make sure no one tells her about it spoiling my surprise.

I was home basically all day just watching TV. But I was watching Love and Hip Hop New York and shit was getting crazy.

I was so in tuned into the show I didn't even see when Chris came in.

"Hey baby!".

"See that's why yo ass got slapped with that slick mouth".

"What the hell?".

"Oh sorry I was talking to the show".

"So your here watching this trash of a show".

"Listen it's entertainment plus I find Cyn santana very attractive".

"anyway so I have some random questions?".

"Okay...?".

"What's your all time favorite color?".

"Hot pink".

"Good, and what's your favorite flower?".

"Orchids, why?".

"Just curious".

"You're up to something Chris and you know I hate surprises".

"I'm not doing anything but trying to get to know more about you".

"Right, just remember I find out everything".

If Chris thinks that he will be slick then he got another thing coming.
