Ynoa's POV

Hindi ko maintindihan kung ano ang nararamdaman ko. My lips trembled as I looked at him. Agad na bumuhos ang luha ko. Fuck him! Is this some kind of joke? Pagkatapos kong mabasa ang mga article tungkol sa kanya? Nandito siya? Sa harap ko? For what?

Gathering all the strength that I have, I pushed him will all my might. Nagawa kong makatakas sa hawak niya at tumakbo paalis.

"Ynoa calm down." He tried to calm me but all I think is the article!

"Paano?! Bakit hindi ka bumalik sa babae mo?!"

"What are you talking about?"

"Stop playing dumb, Roemer! Stop playing with me!" I screamed.

"Baby, please. What's upsetting you?" malambing niyang sambit.

My lips trembled when he pulled me. He wiped my tears using his thumbs. I bit my lip and stared at him. His eyes are darker and colder than the night.

"Common, tell me." He whispered.

"Who is Dessamaine?" Tanong ko.

"The article says the possible merging. Ikakasal na kayo?"

He looked at me. The side of his lips rosed. He licked his lips and pulled me closer to him.

"I think I am getting it." He whispered.

"She's just a business partner." pag-alu niya sa akin.

"Liar." I accussed him. "You had pictures dining in a restaurant!"

"Baby, it's just a meeting about the company."

"I don't believe you." Matigas kong sambit.
