Ynoa's POV
Sumalubong sa amin ang init ng Pilipinas. Wearing a silky black long sleeve with low neckline, high waisted white pants and pink sneakers. Hinayaan kong bumagsak ang hanggang beywang kong buhok.
Hawak ko ang maleta habang ang isa naman ay sa kamay ni Zeijan. His face turned sour as the scorching heat of the sun blinded his sight. Natawa agad ako. His white cheeks reddened.
"Hold still. I'll just tie my hair, it's so hot." I uttered. He just watched me as I tied my hair into a messy bun leaving some strands of it on the side of my face.
"Ma'am Ynoa Raldovan?" kumunot ang noo ko nang may lumapit sa aming nakaitim na lalaki. Basing from his appearance, he looks like a body guard. Agad akong nagtaka.
"Pinadala po ako ng chairman para po sunduin kayo."
And how did he knew that today was our arrival? How nosy. Dahil sa paninibago ay sumama na lang kami ni Zeijan. There's no use of rejecting too because it's so hot!
An unknown number flashed on my screen. "Hello?" I asked on the other line.
"Iha! Can we meet for lunch?" it was the chairman. I looked at my brother who's now sleeping on my shoulders.
"Sorry chairman but Zeijan is tired. Jet lag." I heard him sigh.
"It's okay. I was just excited. Where are you staying?"
"May nakuha na po akong condo. We're on our way. Salamat pala sa driver." I uttered. He laughed heartily.
I ended the call after informing him that I'll just contact him. The body guard helped us with the things. Mabuti pala at may sumundo sa amin.
I just thanked him when we arrived at the door of my condo. I saved up much so I can afford a big and nice one. When I entered the passcode, I almost faint when I saw unopened boxes! How can I be so ignorant! I bit my lip and looked at my brother with his sleepy eyes. I can't fix all of this in just a day! Sa laki ng unit na nakuha ko, aabutin ako ng ilang araw para matapos ang pag-aayos nito.
Bakit hindi ko naisipan ang kumuha ng nag-ayos nito? I thought we'll rest immediately after we landed. But because of my smart mind, I thought everything is settled after I bought things! Akala ko nang maideliver ay inayos na, aba malay ko bang nakabox na basta na lang inilagay sa condo ko!
Halos sumakit ang ulo ko dahil sa kapalpakan. I had no choice but to call Harry.
"Harry."
"Why?"
"Where are you?" I asked.
"Philippines of course!" He chuckled.
"Same. Please come over, Zeijan needs to rest. Let us stay in your place for just few days after I settle my unit."
