"SOMEONE HELP HER, PLEASE!" The hospital staff turned heads as Todoroki stormed into the emergency room with a bloody girl in his arms. The doctors and nurses quickly grabbed a gourney and took the girl from him before wheeling her away. Todoroki took a step forword before a nurse placed a gloved hand on his chest.
"Sir we need you to stand back" Todoroki stopped walking but his eyes followed the girl as she was wheeled away past the double doors and down the hall. "Sir, we need you to fill out some paperwork. We'll update you when we know how she is." Todoroki nodded before following her.

"We were able to repair the damage but please understand her body underwent severe trauma and is doing its best to heal" The doctor paused and gave him a sympathetic look. "We aren't sure when she will wake up or if she will at all."
Todoroki's world seemed to slow to a stop upon hearing those words. If only he had been there sooner, if only he had been more careful, if only he had been able protect her.
For a whole week Todoroki visited her, staying by her side in hopes that she'd wake, that she would be okay. Until one day the miracle occurred. His eyes immediately lit up when he saw her stirring awake.
"Y/n" Todoroki grasped her hand tightly in his as her eyes fluttered open before landing on him. "How are you feeling love?" He asked, overjoyed to see her awake and well.
There was a moment of silence before she offered a small smile "Je suis désolé mais, je vous connais?" Todoroki stared back at her in confusion before the horror of the situation set in.
She was suffering from amnesia.
