My parents birthdays are only a day apart. My dad's September 12th and my mom's September 14th. My dad went fishing all day for his 47th birthday, so that was that. But my mom had to work on her birthday.
So myself and the other three children she had decided to do something for her that would maybe make go to work on her birthday a little less suckish.
My mom has recenlty fell in love with dubstep. She had got all excited like she had discovered something new. Asking me if I had ever heard the music before.
Anyway I got a list of dubstep songs off her ipad and made a mashup of them on my computer. My brothers went out and bought glow sticks.
That Friday morning we got up at about 5:40 in order to turn off her alarm and get set up. With the volume maxed out and glow sticks snapped, at six on the dot we started a rave party alarm clock mode.
She woke up screaming.
Worth it.
