You woke up the next morning and it was fairly early. Allie still wasn't up so you decided to just watch some TV. Half an hour later, Allie came into the living room and watched TV with you.

"Goodmorning" you said to Allie
"Goodmorning" she replied
"So, what's today's plan?" You asked
"I haven't really thought about it, we could go to the beach"
"Omg yes, I can't believe we've been in LA for this long and haven't gone to the beach" you said
"Oh my gosh, you can bring your skateboard and I'll bring a scooter" Allie said and you agreed
"Okay, we can go get food and then go to to the beach" you said. Allie modded her head in agreement and y'all both went to get ready.

You put on a simple crop top and some shorts and slip on vans and under it you wore a strapless high waisted bikini. You grabbed your skateboard and a small backpack with a towel in it, and Allie grabbed her scooter and y'all put them in the car and headed to breakfast. Y'all ate at a really cute, small cafe. After you finished there, you went to the beach. You parked the car and grabbed your bag and skateboard and went to the beach. You briefly got in the water and then you laid out your towel and listened to music and talked to Allie for a few hours. You posted a boomerang and you and Allie at the beach on your story. You and Allie also took a few cute pics of each other so you could post them later. After a while you and Allie decided to ride around the area on your skateboard and scooter. You rode around for about 45 minutes and then decided to get in the car and get lunch. When you got in the car, your phone started ringing. When you looked at your screen you saw jack's name and answered.

"Hey Jack" you said
"Hey Maddie, what you up to?" Jack asked
"Oh me and Allie were just about to leave the beach and go get some lunch" you answered
"Well, Zach is out shopping sooooo wanna hang out?" Jack asked
"Of course! You can come to eat with me and Allie because we're starving" you said
"Okay, just text me and let me know where y'all are going and I'll meet you there" Jack said
"Okay I will"
"Bye, love you" Jack said
"Love you too" you said and hung up.

You and Allie decided where to go so you texted Jack and met him at the restaurant. When you saw Jack you gave him a big hug because you hadn't seen each other in a while.

"Hey" you said while hugging him
"I missed you" Jack said still hugging you
"I missed you too" you said and let go so y'all could go inside.

You sat down at the table beside Jack and ordered your food and drinks. Y'all talked about everything that y'all had been doing the past few days because y'all hadn't texted as much because of Zach.

"So how's Zach been?" You asked
"He's actually gotten a lot better but I think he's still trying to forget about y'alls argument" Jack said
"Well it's a lot easier to forget about something when you have an apology which I still have never received" you said
"Well I think Zach wants one from what I've heard" Jack said which surprised you
"He wants one?! He's the one who came into my house and started critiquing everything after not helping at all, and before that he tried to control my life once again" you said
"I know and I completely agree, he owes you an apology but you might want to talk to him one on one" Jack suggested
"You're right but I think I still need to cool down from the whole situation because I get mad every time I talk about it" you said
"I understand" Jack said
"Maybe you can talk to him tomorrow because I think Sam wants to hang out" Allie said
"Okay, I'll text him later tonight and see what he says, if not I can just hang around the house or something" you said
"Okay sounds good" Allie said

Y'all continued to eat and enjoy your time together. Eventually Jacks phone started buzzing and he looked down to see Daniels name pop up and he answered. You could barely hear what Daniel was saying but you could hear Jack.

"Hey man wassup......wait really?....just make something up....how does he know....but I'm eating....fine, I'll see you in a minute" Jack said sounding annoyed and worried at the same time as he hung up the phone
"Is everything okay?" You asked
"No, Zach decided to come home early from shopping and he apparently somehow knows I'm with you when I'm not supposed to be and Zach's pissed, they said to come home right now because he wants to talk right now and he's not waiting until later" Jack said
"Oh okay...well I'll text him later and ask him about tomorrow"you said
"I'm so sorry, Maddie" Jack said
"No no no, it's not your fault my brother is like this, just go talk to him and let me know how it goes. Don't fight him or anything crazy because I know how Zach gets" you said
"Okay, I'll text you as soon as I can" Jack said and hugged you goodbye and gave you a kiss.

Jack walked outside and got into his car and drove away. You and Allie continued to eat the rest of your meal and then you headed back to your apartment to get cleaned up. On the ride home you talked about the Zach situation.

"Okay, is it just me or is Zach acting like he's your dad or something, have you talked to your parents about this?" Allie asked
"I'm calling them as soon as I get home, I haven't been telling them because I thought he was going to get better at one point but it hasn't happened yet and I'm tired of it" you said
"Good, I can't believe him" Allie said
"Yeah he's gotten worse ever since I started to like Jack but I can ind if see where he's coming from but then again it's too much" you said
"Yeah" Allie agreed

You finally got home and you grabbed a drink and sat down on the couch and called your mom. She answered a few seconds later and you explained everything to her. After you were done explaining everything your mom gave you some advice.

"Now you already knew your brother wouldn't like you dating Jack but I do understand that he's taking it too far and I do agree, he's being very overprotective. I'll talk to him about everything when I get off here with you but you need to talk to him about everything and tell him how you feel so he'll know." Your mom said
"I know, I was planning on talking to him tomorrow about everything but I may go tonight because I don't know if I can wait. This whole situation is just bothering me" you said
"Well don't let it affect you too much, just go about your day and don't let him bother you"
"Well the thing is I can't hang out with my LA friends because they're all Zach's friends" you said
"Well how about you and Allie go out tonight and meet some new people and then you can talk to Zach tomorrow" you said
"Okay that sounds good, thanks mom" you said
"You're welcome, I'm gonna call Zach" she replied
"Okay bye love you" you said
"I love you too, bye" she said and hung up
