Chapter Twenty Five

Danielle's P.O.V

“ Oh come on Perrie, lets go” I urged, excited to leave.

She frowned at me, hiding her face behind her hands.

Eleanor and I turned up at the address she gave us and have been trying to get her to go give the boys a proper breakfast, not chocolate dip and some left over Nando's – that’s if Niall hasn’t finished it by now, I smiled at the thought.

“I really… he doesn’t want to see me” she sighed, looking up at me with her clear green eyes – looking torn and helpless. I sighed, smiling reassuringly.

“Of course he does, you didn't do anything wrong” I replied, crossing my arms.

“It’s Zayn were talking about, he's just jet lagged or something”

Eleanor added, though she didn't look convinced.

Perrie smiled up at us, her lips pursing into a thin line as if she was thinking about something what we said. She stood up, brushed her hands along her high waisted shorts and followed us out the door.

We parked smoothly along the driveway, passing a black range rover. I guess the three guests decided to sleep over after all. I smiled as I hoisted some plastic bags up from our car and lugged it towards the door, special surprise breakfast sounds good.

The door opened silently, it was unlocked.

I lightly placed the bags on the counter and walked out to the living room, the boys were sleeping. Toy Story was playing silently in the background and I heard the shower running.

I gestured to the girls to help me cook.

About half an hour later, Zayn walked in. His eyes widened as he took the three of us in, wary. I smiled, hugging him good morning - he didn’t hesitate hugging me back, he high fived with Eleanor and smiled timidly at Perrie, who slowly smiled back. I handed him a jug of juice and he took it gratefully, walking back out towards the living room.

“I told you” I muttered to Perrie, once he was out of earshot.

She met my eyes and smiled happily.

“I hate it when we fight” she sighed, rubbing her pale cheeks.

I shrugged, not answering.

“He didn't even say good morning to me” she added, her eyes refocusing on the plate she was filling with food.

He walked in then, leaning against the fridge.

I sniffled, she met my eyes and I gestured to him subtly, she shook her head and I did it again - smiling in encouragement. She sighed dejectedly and plastered a smile on her face, walking towards him.

I watched them from the corner of my eyes as I flipped the pancakes onto the plate Eleanor was holding out for me. Watching Zayn look at Perrie the way Liam looks at me, I suddenly wanted to hurry this up - I flipped a not ready pancake and it splattered onto the side of the stove.

Eleanor laughed and I shook my head - blushing.

Niall's P.O.V

“Oh yeah, I thought earlier that it looked familiar”

“What do you mean earlier?” Danielle retorted, dropping the plate onto the table.

A pancake slipped and it smacked against the tiles, making a squishy noise. I furrowed my brows, what a bloody waste of food. This of course made me a not a very happy leprechaun, I yawned – not as welcoming to the morning drama like the rest.
