"How do I not know you're lying to me?" Liam questioned suspiciously making Brett groan
"Seriously, Liam, I thought we got over this- whatever it was" He stated as he ran a hand through his hair," Emilia is someone I'd never put inside a joke like this"
Liam went silent, at the jealousy forming once again, and he was starting to feel like it was answering the feelings he's been having, but what made him curious, was why Brett said Emilia was his girlfriend, when all he remembers-Hayden being the one he had been dating.
"I think, you should try and call Scott and the others, because,maybe if I remembered, then they will as well," Brett suggested
"I can't do that, not after they all just started their lives again," Liam said raising his head," If what you're saying is true-"
It's true" Brett cut him off as Liam rolled his eyes
"Then, we have to figure out what's going on, and if you got your memories back, then why does Theo remember from the start? Also, Mason and Hayden might have as well but why don't they?"
"Maybe it's what they wanted since I'm hardly around, maybe whoever did this didn't care about pack members who are hardly around, but let me confirm that theory with my sister, and see if she remembers Emilia" Brett stated
Liam let out a groan and sighed," Fine"
"I don't get why you think she's Theo's relative, he nearly turned her into a Chimera a while back," Brett said and Liam shot his head up
"He did? Then why is she-
"Because I was the only person who remembered her, and if you had your memories, when you took me out of the prison, She and I actually got along" Both Liam and Brett turned their heads to Theo who walked in smirking.
"That's one of the reasons, I genuinely want to help her, also, I'm on the road of redemption," Theo said as Liam had the temptation to go over and punch him, but he held back.
"I think we can handle it without Scott and the others" Theo added making Liam grumble
"You didn't do anything to her right?"
Theo looked at him amused," What? To Emilia? Do you remember her now?" He saw the look at Liam's face confirming he doesn't, but he knew that he was starting to get the protective nature back he had for her.
"No, I didn't, I mean-"
"Theo" Brett warned him, as he rolled his eyes
"Sorry, not the time to joke"
"Hey-um, why does Emilia have Blue Eyes?" Liam decided to be bold and ask, while Brett and Theo shared looks, it was not the tale they wanted to talk about since it was so tragic.
"I'd tell you, but...Uh, I think Emilia is the one who should tell you" Brett said rubbing the back of his head sheepishly
"I agree, even I don't have the heart to tell you when it's not even my story to tell" Theo admitted as Liam looked at them
"But how do I just ask her?"
"Just ask her, you did it before, way before you two became a couple" Brett stated
"Or you can remember" Theo teased making Liam glower at him
