Naruto POV

“How do you know all that?”, the silver haired jonin asked. I grinned at him, lowering my sword. “I know that you had protected me more times than I could count when I was younger. I know a lot more about you, but don't worry, I won't spill the beans on your eyes.”, I said with a wink. Kakashi seemed to recognize me just now as his eyes widened again and he blinked in disbelief. “You are supposed to be dead. You are not even allowed in the village.”, he stammered, tears forming in his eyes. “Yeah I heard that a few times now. But you know me, I have the luck of my father.”, I said, hinting to the jonin that I knew about my father and their relationship. That was when one of the kids behind the jonin decided to speak up.

“What are you even doing here? You are shinobi from a foreign village and you shouldn't be allowed to step foot into our village.”, the pink-haired girl said, pointing at my headband that was positioned on my thigh. “Sakura, it's alright, they are here for the chunin-exams. They have every right to be here.”, Kakashi stepped in before looking at his other two students. “Kiba, Sasuke come on, introduce yourself to these shinobi.”, The former Anbu demanded.

After we had exchanged our names, Sasuke looked at my sword that was hanging on my back with greedy eyes. “Don't even think about it.”, I joked with a smile. Sasuke apparently didn't like my joke as his face immediately turned angry. “Why not? It doesn't belong in clanless hands. It belongs to someone who can actually use it to its full ability. It belongs to an Uchiha.”, he said with an angry voice, reaching for his kunai. Kakashi Put his hand on Sasuke's shoulder while Gaara let his sand come back to the surface and Temari readied her fan again. “Don't worry guys.”, I whispered, causing them to relax a little. “Kakashi, if he really wants to fight me, he can do that, I don't mind the training.”, I suggested causing Kakashi to look at me weirdly. “As if you are that strong, I bet even Kiba could beat you! Sasuke will kick your ass!”, Sakura suddenly shrieked. “Hey, I can totally beat that guy.”, Kiba screamed, realizing the insult that Sakura had directed at him.

I sighed and looked at Temari apologetically. “How about it, you three against me. If you beat me, the mighty Uchiha gets the sword. If I win then you don't bother us anymore.”, I suggested, looking at them smiling. “Alright, it's on, blondie.”, Kiba said and took out some kunai. Sasuke took out a kunai and went next to Kiba. I looked at Gaara who disappeared into the trees. Temari gave me a quick hug and a peck on the lips before walking away towards the edge of the clearing. Kiba burst out laughing at this. “Don't tell me she is your girlfriend.”, he howled. I just stared him down, smiling ever so slightly. Temari had heard Kiba, turned around and glared at the Inuzuka heir while readying her fan. I looked at the blonde girl and shook my head, causing her to smile and put her fan away again. “Destroy them.”, she said and turned to finally go to the edge of the clearing. “Kakashi, I think it would be good, if you would go to Temari. They won't have your support for ever.”, I suggested to the one eyed man, who looked at his team with an eye smile and vanished, reappearing next to Temari. I grinned as I readied my sword and pumped chakra into it. The Predator began to glow as Kiba and Sasuke watched the blade closely while Sakura looked at Sasuke with hearts in her eyes. Sasuke’s sharingan began to swirl as he tried to capture me in a genjutsu, but I just expelled a small wave of chakra and the illusion broke, drawing a look of surprise from the Uchiha. Sakura had meanwhile realized, that the fight was about to begin and was searching her pockets for a weapon. She finally gave up after a few moments when Sasuke gave her one of his kunai. Then they attacked. Sasuke and Kiba threw their kunai, both at impressive speeds for their age but no match for the speed i was used to fro Gaara and Temari. I simply blocked them with my sword. They tried again, but this time Sakura joined and threw the kunai that Sasuke had given her earlier. I was surprised seeing that she just wasted her only kunai, since the speed she had thrown it at, was slower than what the first grade students were capable of in Suna. I again blocked their attack and smiled at them as they realized that they couldn’t hit me with this standard attack. Sasuke started to go through hand seals while Kiba gave Akamaru a small pill. Just as Sasuke finished his jutsu and blew a fireball in my direction Akamaru transformed into a second Kiba and they jumped at me, trying to crush me in between them. I sidestepped and watched as the boy and his dog got hit by their teammate's fireball.

Apparently teamwork and tactics were not their specialty. Waiting for Kiba and Akamaru to stop screaming in pain I watched as Sakura realized what had happened and saw the shock and sadness creep into her eyes. Sasuke on the other hand just stood there and stared at me with nothing but hate, not even worried about his teammate and his pet. I decided to end this quickly before someone else got hurt too. I put away my sword and ran towards Sasuke and Sakura, Kiba had passed out from the pain his wounds had caused him. Sasuke could apparently still follow me with his eyes and jumped away as I tried to hit him but Sakura had not that much skill. I effortlessly got behind her and pressed the pressure point on her neck, making her fall to the ground unconscious. Sasuke looked at his teammates and then back at me, the hatred in his eyes intensifying. He took out two kunai and charged at me, his sharingan spinning. I caught one of his wrists as he tried to hit me with the kunai. I sidestepped his second swipe before twisting the caught arm behind his back, making him scream in pain and drop down to one knee. “Yield!”, I demanded from the grounded Uchiha to which he just glared at me and tried to again grab the kunai that he had dropped when the first wave of pain had hit him. I just twisted his arm a little bit more, making him scream again, effectively stopping him from grabbing the weapon that was lying just half a meter away from him. “I yield, I yield!”, he finally screamed, causing me to let go of his wrist. Kakashi immediately went over to him to check on his arm, before checking on his other two students who were still lying unconsciously on the ground. Temari came over to me with a smile on her face, while Gaara reappeared in a cloud of sand. “Kakashi, you should work on their coordination if you really want them to compete in the exams. And if I were you I would really consider waiting another year, because I won't hold back when the time comes and I will have my team by my side, they will die immediately if what I have seen is their actual skill level.”, I suggested, once I saw that Kakashi had finished checking up on his students. Sasuke glared at me and smirked. “You won't even stand a chance against me in the exams, the other two just held me back but in the exams I will destroy you.”, he boasted, standing up and glaring in my eyes. “Whatever you say, Sasuke. Kakashi, consider it, I don't think you want to lose them.”, I said moving my focus back from the black haired boy to the white haired man.

After Kakashi and Sasuke had gone to put Sakura, Kiba and Akamaru into their beds, Temari, Gaara and I looked at each other with questioning eyes. “It is late, we will talk about our sparring match earlier tomorrow morning. For now, I think we should go and get something to eat. You know your way around, so lead the way Naruto.”, Gaara said. Temari and I agreed and so we went away from the training ground into the busy streets of Konoha
