So while writing this chapter...I have fell asleep on my laptop three times...but I was dedicated to finish this...new chapter maybe tomorrow or monday...not sure yet.
It was the end of early morning practice before the game on Wednesday…However; before they could leave Coach Kataoka had a meeting with the team. The regulars stood in the front of Coach while the rest of the team stood behind them.
“To prepare for the game tomorrow we’re wrapping up practice. The game begins at 10:00 AM. We’ll do a light warm up and enter the stadium by 8:30 AM. It’s going to be above thirty degrees again tomorrow, so don’t practice too much and get plenty of rest. That is all!”Coach Kataoka said
“THANK YOU!”The team shouted
As everyone walked off Eijun started turning to everyone and asking:
“Were already done? But we have a game tomorrow!”
Haruichi turned to his friend and said:
“It’s because we have a game tomorrow.”
Tetsuya and Jun were still on the field, it seemed like the two were having a deep conversation.
“Hey Tetsu.”Jun said “Want to watch the Akikawa video again?”
“No, I’ve already done the simulation.”Yuki said “I just need to swing like I always do tomorrow.”
About that time Kuramochi and Masuko appeared.
“Ah Jun, I want to watch the video.”Kuramochi said “I want to stimulate base stealing.”
Masuko smiled at Jun and said:
“Gotta check his slide step, too.”
Jun looked up Masuko shocked and asked:
“Masuko, you’re running, too?”
Masuko nodded, which made Kuramochi smiled.
“Are you serious?”
Then Kuramochi laughed loudly.
Eijun was looking around for someone…It made Haruichi wonder who he was looking for…before Haruichi could ask who he was looking for a voice caught his attention.
“Haruichi.”The voice said
Haruichi turned around and saw Ryosuke.
“Join me when I hit off the tee later.”Ryosuke said
Haruichi looked shocked. Jun, Kuramochi, Masuko, Yuki, and Hikaru looked back and watched the interaction between the two.
