Forget Me | Completed

Chapter sixteen:

The next day when I was having breakfast, there was a knock at the door.

It was brian with flowers in his hand. He asked me out on a date?

Our first real date!

I quickly got ready and we were out!

We went to have waffles and milkshakes!

He had a milkshake moustache and I didn't tell him about it!
He looked so cute, how could I?

" What are you laughing about" he said

" Nothing" I replied stifling another laugh.

He then went on like this until he saw himself in a mirror!

" You don't care about your Boyfriend's looks?' He said mockingly

" But I thought u looked cute!" I said

" Then I will let it stay" he said smiling

I stood on tiptoes and wiped It.

" I know you won't feel comfortable and-

My words were cut short by a kiss. He had his hands around ny waist and I put my hands on his neck.

We both broke up laughing.

" You know that you are special, right? " he asked

I laughed

" No I mean it! You are not like ordinary girls" he added

We went home as he had promised the twins that we would watch a movie together.

We went home to a fight.
Iris told me that steven had found out that mom was dating.

Steven was shouting at mom

" You are betraying my father's memory! Are we not enough for u?"

With this he ran upstairs and shut his door loudly and locked himself.

Mom had tears running down her cheeks.
The twins were horrified.

Brian was about to go but I stopped him because the twins needed cheering up and a movie would do them some good.

We watched beauty and the beast!
It's the twin's favourite so..

Halfway through the movie brian was asleep and the twins were yawning.

I took the twins to their bedroom and took a blanket and covered brian with it.
He looked like a baby sleeping there.
I kissed his forhead and went to my room.

Steven's room was still locked.

I tried to sleep with thoughts swirling in my head.

Was steven going to be okay with mom?
Or will mom have to sacrifice?

Steven has to understand!
Mom has her own life to live!

And about college...
Am I about to leave brian now when our love just began?
When I leave for NYC will our relationship be over?
