"we're currently in the fucking rain, going to see some weird fucking cult people, in a weird fucking-" brendon muttered, stomping to the church.

"shutup" i muttered, gripping my sweatshirt as the church came into view. "if you hadn't crashed your motorcycle, we could be cruising"

-

the church was empty.

"it's a bust" brendon said, throwing himself into a pew.

the second he said that a pair of arms grabbed me from behind,  and i blacked out after hearing brendon scream my name.

-

"let her fucking go!" i heard screams as i slowly opened my eyes.

"what the hell" i said, realizing my surroundings.

i was in a chair, brendon in a chair as well placed right behind us. our backs were touching and we were tied up.

"help!! help!!" i screamed, attempting to break free.

"shut up" a tall, lanky man said.

"who are you?" i asked, confused

"jack" he said casually, running a cloth over a bloody knife.

my jaw dropped, struggling to break free.

"chill, we just took small samples of your blood" the jack character said, shrugging and placing the knife down.

"let her go" brendon said through clenched teeth, shaking his chair.

"listen, maybe if you follow my orders we won't have to meet again" jack said, casually.

"and they would be?" i asked

"simple."

"i want one of you to die" he smirked, standing up and casually untying us.

"and i want it to be him. he's cocky" he said, handing me a gun.

my hands shook, brendon just standing in front of me.

"amber" he said, his hands at his sides.

"brendon, i'm not gonna shoot you" i said, my voice cracking.

"what other choice do you have?" he asked, i could swear he was shaking.

"this" i said casually, kicking jack straight in the face.

"fucking run!"

-

it was so many stairs.

we must have been in the churches basement, because when we got out,  it was nighttime.

"brendon!" i screamed, finally exiting the church.

"amber it's fine" he said, grabbing me and holding me close.

"i'm so scared" i choked out.

"me too, me too"
