"Are we set?" Mrs. Irving asked as the 5th graders sat in the huge cafeteria.
"Yep."Rue smiled. She stared into the eyes of the fifth graders. But looked way back into the audience is where Vince, her brothers, and Trent sat in the back. Jessie sat on Vince lap and Trent held his little brother Trevor on his. The teachers were willing to let them sit with their sibling. Trevor and Trent looked like twins.
Rue got on the microphone. "Good morning sunshines! How are we this morning?"
"Good!" all of their smiling faces stared back at Rue.
"She is so pretty!" Jessie told Vince. Vince looked up Rue as she talked on the mic. She and Mrs.Irving wore white flowing sundresses with flower crowns. Rue did it for Mrs.Irving it was the least she do.
"I know she is beautiful isn't she Jessie." Vince smiled at Rue. Rue didn't know that Vince was staring she started to give the mic to Mrs.Irving.
"Sadly Rue is my choir the rest is sitting in the back. Everyone turn back and wave!" Everyone smiled and waved back to the boys.
"How come you don't sing in chorus you sound beautiful at home." Said Jessie turning to Vince.
"That's at home little sis."Vince told Jessie. Jessie's eyes were filled with joy when she saw Rue on stage. When she was there for dinner she snuck in her room to see what it was like. She loved music and she always wanted to learn piano and guitar. She was amazed but after Rue left her home into her apartment she has been looking for her. When she first saw Rue she always though she was beautiful. But she was wondering why her brother Vince wasn't seeing it.
"Alright boys and girls who likes Disney?" They heard Mrs.Irving asked the kids. Everyone raised their hands. "Who likes Mulan?" Everyone cheered. Mrs.Irving went to her organ and Rue went to her piano.
"Let's have a sing along everyone!"Rue yelled. Rue started to play I'll make a man out of you. Everyone cheered and everyone started to sing.
