A Secret Kept

Honesty Pt. 2

I wake up and I go to open the curtain and unlock the balcony door.

When I opened the curtains, I could hear groaning coming from the bed.

"Why did you have to open the curtains?" Ulric complains

"Oh quit complaining, Mr grumpy pants and get up already" I say, not really caring

"Why?"

"Because. It's my 19th birthday of course"

"Really. Oh crap, I forgot. I didn't get you anything"

"It's ok. Just you being here with me is more than enough"

"I'm glad"

"I'm glad too"

We just smile at each other for while before Night came along.

"Sorry to interrupt this beautiful moment, but Charlie you are going to hurry along" Night said

"Why?" She questioned

"There's an attack going on just down at the park"

"You're pulling my leg"

"No I'm not. Just get down there"

"Fine"

I get dressed and head down to the park. When I get there, I see that the girls are already there keeping Brooha busy.

"About time girl" Kelsey says as she sees me

"What are you waiting for, transform already" April yells

I transform and join in the fight. It was a very lengthy fight, but we managed to defeat the buffoon.

When the buffoon was defeated, Brooha left and everything went back to its normal state.

We stand there with big grins on our faces and the girls came up to me and wrapped me in a group hug.

"Happy 19th Charli" they cheered in unison

"Thanks"

So we talked and talked and suddenly my tummy doesn't feel great.

"Guys, can we get some breakfast, because it feels like my stomach is eating itself" I ask

"Sure why not"

So we go back to my place to have some breakfast and it was already waiting on the table for us.

"I had feeling you five were coming so I made extra" Mum said

"Thanks" we answer as we go over to the table to start eating.

And boy, what a delightful breakfast we all had.

After breakfast, my friends and I head back up to the room, to find it empty.

"Where's Ulric?" I squeak

"Over here" said a voice

We glance over to the mirror  and see that Ulric was in a dungeon.

"ULRIC! NO!" I scream banging the mirror

"He can't hear you my dear" said the voice

"Rascal! What did you do to him?" I ask

"Nothing . . . Nothing yet"

"You give him back you clown" Kelsey called

"Yeah" the girls supported

"No, I don't think I will"

"Please Rascal, just give him back"

"Didn't you hear me, I said NO!"

As he said that, the mirror faded back into our reflections.

"Girls, what's wrong?" My Mum came in questioning

"Mum, I think it's time we told you guys something" I said

"Tell us what, Honey" Mum asked

"Are you seriously saying that we reveal our secret to our parents" April asked

"I want to save Ulric, and if this means revealing our secret identities to them, I'm willing to take that chance. But I will need all of you on board with it"

"We're all with you Charli"

The others nod in agreement and they call their families over right away.
