Chapter 14: An unintentional Meeting

(Erza POV)

Lucy is such an idiot.

"Lucy do you realize what you've done!" I scream. "Natsu told us to not tell anyone he was alive!!!"

"Oh God" She said.

I dropped my lunch. If they found out, about him, it wouldn't be good.

"Guys we need to chase after them!" I demand.

At that moment, Lucy and Gray, stopped eating and got up and started to run. I quickly chased them down.

When we got to the library the damage had already been done.

(Natsu POV)

Today was going to be a normal day. No distractions, no violence and no kidnappers. The perfect day.

As I was quietly studying in library. Two people just come running in.

"Natsu!" Said the boy.

" Romeo?" I ask.

But he just runs towards me.

"Natsu!" He sobs as he falls into my arms.

"Romeo." I say," I missed you, buddy".

I still have so many questions in my head.

"I'm proud of you kid" I say." Great to have you here."

Lucy, Erza, and Gray ran in panting. "Hey...how do you guys know each other?" Said Lucy, panting.

"Oh, when I was kidnapped I helped Romeo escape" I said.

"Oh ok!" She replied "Sorry off letting him know about, I know you wanted people to think you were dead."

Romeo turned shocked "You wanted people to think you were dead?"

"Yeah, Romeo do you remember the Academy" I said.

"Yeah, its where child mercenaries are trained" He said. "Wait what you trying to say here?"

"They're after me" I said. That was true but not the whole truth.

I didn't want to tell anyone I had been in the academy, the might get scared of me because I was trained to kill.

"The academy? Child mercenaries? What is going on here??" Lucy shouted

"Shhh, Luce, keep your voice down. We don't want anyone to know" I whispered

"When you guys saw me shirtless did you see the brand?" I asked. I was not entirely certain that they did.

"Yeah, it was like a number 74?" Lucy answered.

"That's how they number mercenaries at the Academy" I answered.

"Wait what you're saying is that..." Lucy started.

"I was trained as a child mercenary at the Academy" I finished.

Everyone gasped.

"Natsu when were you going to tell us this?" She asked shocked.

"Probably never, it's not something I'm particularly proud of" I said.

"Why did you do it then?" She asked.

"Because they would have killed you if I didn't" I answered.

At that moment Lucy ran up to me and kissed me on the cheek.

"Natsu, why do you always put others before yourself" she mutters.
