Bryce's mate

(Sorry if this chapter is bad I just want to hurry up and finish this book. I have a good idea for another one! XD ) + (Not as much drama as you guy's may have wanted but drama none the less. :p )

Delirious POV

"My m-mate." Bryce said as he looked over to Cartoonz and Vanoss. My eyes widen and I felt myself fill with fear and anger. I let out a soft growl. 'No, Va...Bryce is my mate.' I whimper softly to myself as I look over and see that Vanoss is looking to Bryce as he's walking over to us. This made my body shake and my blood boil. 'Our mate bond maybe cut but like hell I'm going to let Bryce become your second chance mate!' I slammed my hands down in fear and anger as I let out a loud growl. Both Cartoonz and Vanoss stopped and looked to me confused. Bryce looked to me scared.

I shook my head and bit my lip as I looked down to the table trying to calm myself but I was just getting more..Panicked. 'What am I so freaked out about? And w-who was I just growling at?' I looked up to see Cartoonz and Vanoss walking closer to Bryce and I. "W-wait right there. Please." I softly growled out as I felt my body shake with anger, confusion, and worry. "Del, Calm down. Whats got you so freaked out?" Cartoonz said as he walked even closer to us. 'Cartoonz' can't be Bryce's mate, He has Ohm. But, I-it can't be Vanoss. Please anyone but him...' My eyes widen and I stepped back covering my mouth.

I shake my head trying to get the thought and.. feeling out of my mind. I then I look over to Vanoss confused. 'Why... No, I just don't want You to be Bryce's mate. Y-your just going to hurt him.' I walked in front of Bryce blocking him from Vanoss and Cartoonz. "Del, What the hell's wrong? Are you pissed at us or... Scared?" Cartoonz asked as he stopped in front of me looking to me worried. Cartoonz' eyes then started to drift towards Bryce. Cartoonz' eyes then widen as he looked to Bryce. Slowly Cartoonz' eyes started to turn red. 

Cartoonz growled but then closed his eyes looking away. "What?... Why is my instinct..?" Cartoonz said as he put his hand to his face. Cartoonz then looked back over to Bryce. "You can't be my mate... Heat.. Your in heat that must be why." Cartoonz said as he took in a deep breath stepping back looking even more confused. My eyes widen at what Cartoonz said. 'Wait, Cartoonz is Bryce's mate? How? What about Ohm?' I looked down feeling confused, angry and.. Relieved. I then jump and look to Bryce.  Bryce was completely covered in tears. Bryce shook his head as he try to stop himself from crying even more but the tears wouldn't stop. 

I turned and grabbed Bryce's hand to calm him and help him stop crying. Bryce looked up to me then turned to look at Cartoonz. Cartoonz was looking to the side with his hand on the back of his neck looking confused and mad. Bryce pulled his hand away and held it close to his chest as he started to cry again. "Sorry Delirious." Bryce said then turned and ran for the front door but didn't get far. Cartoonz stepped in front of him letting out a soft growl stopping Bryce in his tracks. "Running off alone while your in heat is f*cking stupid." Cartoonz said looking pissed and.. worried. "Why are you stopping me? *growl* You don't want me! If I'm in heat or leaving has nothing to do with you!" Bryce yelled at Cartoonz. Cartoonz bared his teeth and growled deeply. "I never said I don't want you. I'm just a bit confused!" Cartoonz yelled back. "Confused about what!? The fact that I'm an omega and not someone ranked higher?!" Bryce growled back as tears ran down his face. Cartoonz growl pulling Bryce towards his chest. "Your my mate, So of course I wan't you. Omega or not." Cartoonz said softly as he pulled Bryce closer as he breath in Bryce's scent calming himself.

Bryce whimpered as he tried to push away from Cartoonz but Cartoonz just held him closer. I didn't know if I should be happy for Bryce or feel hurt that Cartoonz maybe picking Bryce over Ohm. I look up and see Vanoss looking to me worried, He looked like he just wanted to run up to me and pull me into his arms. I whimpered hating and loving the idea of running into his arms. 'I can't let my feeling get in the way. No mater how much I may want him. I-I don't want to just wait around on something that isn't going to happen.' I look away and over to Bryce seeing him turn to look at me looking conflicted. Bryce then looked down and softly pushed away from Cartoonz getting out of his hold. "D-Delirious is my mate." Bryce said softly. My eyes go wide and I look over to Both Cartoonz and Vanoss seeing that they both started to bare there teeth at what Bryce had said.
