Anna's POV

I walk down through the village until I find the house belonging to Ida and her husband. I knock and she happily greets me. "Welcome your highness," she says. I blush,"just call me Anna." She laughs. "Oh, alright," she says," have a seat." She points to a small sofa to the left of me. I nod and take a seat as she brings out some lemonade. "Thank you, my favorite," I say smiling as she hands me a glass. "So what do you know?" I ask. Here's what she tells me:

They went to bed two days ago, pretty late at night. She woke up to footsteps and just assumed that her son, Finn, who is twelve like Ella, had gone to get a drink. She went back to bed. When they got up in the morning, they went to wake him for school and he was gone. They were also missing some of their food, carrots and some bread, along with a canteen of water. They figured he had gone out to find the princess.

I take in every bit of it and nod. "Thank you," I tell her getting up. "You can stay if you like," she says. "No, but thank you, I have a lot of stuff to do," I smile at her. She opens the door for me,"farewell," she says waving. I thank her one last time and take off running down the streets back to the castle.
