Chapter Five (Dedicated to kariaa23)

"Thank you po ulit, Mr. Padilla." sambit nang kameeting ko.
"No worries, Aivee." sabi ko naman. "Kailan ulit yung party?"
"Bukas nang gabi po yun, sir." sagot naman ni Aivee. "Isesend ko na lang po sa secretary niyo yung details."
"Okay. But please don't tell anyone that I'm agreeing to attend that party. Kasi I'm declining offers for now, yang party mo lang ang dadaluhan ko." sabi ko.
"Makakaasa ka, sir." sabi niya.
"Stop calling me sir, Aivee. Call me DJ." sabi ko naman.
"Ahh, sige po s-.. uhm, DJ. Mauuna na ako." she shyly stated.
"Okay. I'll will see you tomorrow night." sabi ko. Tumayo naman siya.
"By the way sir, I invited some of your employees. Uhm, Mr. Gothico and Mr. Giri." sabi niya.
"Ahh good. Sige, ingat." sabi ko naman, flashing my million dollar smile.
Lumabas na si Aivee. She's opening her own restaurant-bar kasi, at dahil anak siya nung kaibigan ni Papa, pinaunlakan ko naman yung imbitasyon niya.
Bigla namang nagring yung office phone ko.
"Aissa?" tanong ko.
"Sir, uhm... andito po yung ano..." Hindi na naituloy yung sasabihin ni Aissa. May nagsalita nang ibang boses. "Mr. Padilla, I would like to speak to you."
I smirked when I heard that voice.
"Ms. Bernardo, kindly give the phone back to my secretary." I stated.
"No. She wouldn't let me in." sabi niya.
"I ordered her to not let anyone enter my office without my permission. Give the phone back to her." sabi ko.
"Just let me in, Mr. Padilla!" sigaw niya.
"Woah, woah. You might have forgotten that you're in my building." sabi ko.
"This is MY building as well." sabi naman niya. "Let me in, asshole."
"Nice nickname you got there for me." I chuckled. "Give the phone back to Aissa, Ms. Bernardo."
"Fine, tell her to let me in." sabi niya.
"S-sir?" sabi naman ni Aissa sa kabilang linya.
"What does she want?" tanong ko.
"Hindi ko po alam sir." sabi naman ni Aissa.
"Let her in." sabi ko.
"Sure ka, sir?" tanong ni Aissa.
"Let her in after I finish all my meetings." then I ended the call.
I still have three meetings.
Two can play this game, Ms. Bernardo.

"Thank you so much, Mr. Padilla."
"No, thank you sir, for trusting our company." sabi ko naman. Tumayo na si Mr. Tan tapos nakipagshake hands.
