My heart was aching when I saw Jamie's back I couldn't do other than to follow Aiden as he started to pull my arm in the opposite direction. I knew James wouldn't be in any kind of danger, he had witnesses when the thing happened and by reading his facial expression when 'Tony' had told him what happened in a hurried tone, he had looked devastated.

I didn't even want to think of all the blame he must have been putting on himself. It was almost as if when he walked into the crown and disappeared still gave off a red warning light as for humans to know that he felt guilty.

My legs started to move and follow Aiden as his grip on my arm had tightened when I didn't obey him. Once again I couldn't help but feel trapped in James' world where I obviously couldn't do anything to help.

We kept walking and left the crowd of people with all kinds of emotions. Some were still in shock, some were crying others were showing zero emotions and some just simply walked by with happy faces not giving a single thought to why people were surrounding a private building.

A click-sound made a car lower down an empty street flick it's light towards us. Aiden got into the driving seat and I sat beside him. He pulled out from the parking space as his phone went off and with a quick motion Aiden fished the phone out of his pocket at the same time as he pressed to answer.

"A person has to die for you to return my calls?"

Well, I guess that was a new way of greeting people. Since he seemed kind of pissed of by the person on the other side of the phone, probably because the person had ignored Aiden's call and probably because the person meant a lot to him. My money (which I actually don't have) was on Luke.

"What you mean by we texted 30 minutes before? Anything can happen in 30 minutes!"

I mean... I don't think he is really overreacting...

"I could have died! You know I might have been brought to prison for being too good looking and you know I won't survive in jail. I would be like a chocolate bar found in fat camp!"

Okay, maybe he was (but just a little).

I could hear someone on the other side of the phone having a hard time breathing thru all the laughter. I tried to bite down on my lip as hard as possible so that I would look like I at least backed up my friend a little.

"You know what? I actually bought the golden package and they tasted so good that I choose not to share any with you."

I saw how he pressed the hang up button and then threw the phone behind him to the back seat. Directly the phone started to vibrate and when I looked back I could see a photo of Luke shirtless and sleeping on the screen.

I saw Aiden reach forward and turn on the radio. I saw how he wanted to raise the volume but I wouldn't let him get away that easily.

"What is a golden package?"

Aiden looked as if he had already regretted his choice of words. At least when I was sitting beside and next to him.

"Some things you will understand when you're older."

I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows at him as he talked as he had lived 60 and not 6 more years than me. I mean come on.

"Okay grandpa, so which war were you in now again?"
