surprises

Leo POV:

The singing stopped a while ago and everyone was gone. I was kinda just zoning, until I realized it was done.

I turned to Nico, who's head had been laying on my shoulder for 15 minutes now, but I've been to embarrassed to look at him "I think we should go back to your ca-" I stopped when I realized Nico was asleep.

His breaths were small and frail and his lips were curled slightly like he was having a good dream. I smiled and decided not to wake him. I picked him up bridle style and carried him to room. I set him down on his bed. I went to pull away, but he tugged my shirt and brought me down onto the bed and cuddled into me.

Who knew the ghost king was a cuddler. I slowly grabbed one of the pillows he wasn't using and replaced my body with the pillow, he frowned, but didn't wake or stir.

I would have loved to stay, but Piper needed to tell me something. some sort of girl problem so I promised I would met her at 11pm and it's 10:45 do I thought I'd just get there earliy.

I walked out and decided and I'd take the long way to her cabin and walk around the beach and forest. Who knew that doing that I would get a surprise of a lifetime.

I was passing where the forest met the ocean and I heard something in the trees by the water. I lit up my hand and slowly approached and mars almighty was I not prepared to see what was I front of me.

To boys were making out. I totally have nothing against gays or bisexuals, but wow.

The boy will shaggy black hair had his legs straddled around a blond boy and the black hair boy was pushed again the tree. At first glance I knew I was invading on their 'personal moment' so I started to walk away and that's when the black haired boy opened his eyes and spotted me... I glanced into his eyes and I realized who it was.

Percy pulled away and jumped of of the other boy "Leo?" and then the other boy turned around and it was no other then my best guy friend. Jason Grace.

"Jason? Percy?" I said shocked. there eyes looked at me with non other then shock and fear. they were about as speechless as I was, but I spoke up to lessen the awkwardness.

"I won't tell anyone, like who would I tell.... but I have one question." the nodded

"How could you do this to Piper ("and the brick" I whispered to Jason) and Annabeth?" they looked like they could laugh, but Jason spoke up before Percy could burst out laughing "they broke up with us and I think Piper was going to tell you why tonight.... You're okay with this?" I looked at him like he was dumb

"Of course, I'm just.... Shocked." we sort of just stood there awkwardly for a moment...

"I think I should be going now" and I walked away and as I was almost out of sight I heard Percy say "that was a close one" Jason laughed and said "I don't care if people know or what they think all I care about is what you think."

"I love you" Percy said. "I love you too" Jason said.

I finally got to Piper cabin and there was a note on her bed saying to met her at her tree house... I picked up the note and put it in my toolbelt.

I built her a tree house not that far into the forest because she always complained about her cabin so I made her, her own miniature cabin.

I walked for a bit then got there and I heard not just Piper's voice, but annabeths too. "I'm not sure if we should do this" Piper said.
