107-Through The Dark.

Preference #107: Through the Dark.

Someone suggested this on my last lyric preference, so I'm doooooing it! :D Also, this is a longer one, soooo enjoy!

Harry:

"I will carry you over fire and water for your love,
And I will hold you closer
Hope your heart is strong enough
When the night is coming down on you
We will find a way through the dark..."

It's almost as if he was begging for your love after your breakup with your last boyfriend. Like Harry was needing you to love him back. Your last breakup, it lead you to believe that love as ultimately fake, but Harry was so diligent into proving that wrong. "You know I'd do anything for you. Especially now that you're still so hurt after what he did to you," Harry pointed out as you two were just laying to still on the couch. You nodded your head, wondering if he really would love you better than what you had to deal with. You wondered if he really was worth it. "When you're going through a really dark spot in your life, I'll be there to help you. I'll help you get through the dark in your life so you'll never have to be in a dark spot again. I'll be here," Harry kept on talking, interupting your thoughts. "You just have to promise me that you'll be strong enought to help me help you," he said, finally looking into your eyes. "Harry, it means a lot to me that you want to help me, but you can't. This tunnel is too dark for me to get out of with or without help. What he did to me is something I can never forget. I'm too hurt... Too broken for help, Harry," you whispered, holding back the tears that sting. "Nothing is too broken for help. You just have to be willing to accept it. Have the will to accept me."

Louis:

"You tell me that you're sad and lost your way
You tell me that your tears are here to stay
But I know you're only hiding
And I just wanna see you..."

Louis had been gone for so long... so long. You felt your heart breaking as if he didn't really love you enough to actually check in on you every once and a while with a phonecall. You always kept on shrugging it off because you knew it wasn't his fault that he is gone all the time. Either way, the doubt stayed in your mind that he enjoyed spending time away from you, not caring, when that was not the case at all. You felt your tears roll down your cheeks as you always watched him go off onto the plane. He came back so soon to see you sitting there with your heart broken and your mind lost. "I'm lost, Louis! I'm so lost! My tears are never leaving! It always feels like they're here threatening me at every waking moment of the day. I can't be myself because I'm afraid of you. I'm afraid you'll never love me like you did before," You confessed as your tears threatened to spill again. "(Y/N), you don't need to be afraid of me. I loved you then, and I'll still love you now no matter what has went on. I want to see you. I want to see the real you that I fell in love with. I know she's in there, but she's hiding behind her pain. Come out and know that I still love you." Louis whipered, comforting you with every word and touch he gave. His blue eyes made a promise with yours, and he's never going to break it.

Liam:

"You tell me that you're hurt and you're in pain
And I can see your head is held in shame,
But I just wanna see you smile again
See you smile again..."

"My heart is so heavy, Liam. My head hurts, and I just can't breathe like I did before. It's fogged up with the words that I see everyday, and it's put me to shame. It's put me to shame, Liam, and it doesn't feel right. It doesn't feel good," you confessing into his arms. Your tears stained his shirt, reminding you that you're weak. "(Y/N), don't cry. It's not even worth it to read those. It's not worth it to hear the words that those people spew out. The words don't mean a thing because they're idiots behind a screen. They're a cowards because they can't say it in real life. They can't say it to where it hurts. Their words don't mean anything, but I know I mean something to you, and let me make you smile. Let me make your troubles go away, and I'll take your mind off them. I need to see you smile again, babygirl," Liam cooed in your ear, as he blinked against your cheek. "Let me take your mind off them. Let me make you smile," he whispered again. You shook your head, "it's not that easy, Liam..." you whispered. "It is, baby. Just smile for me..." he held his hand to your jaw and kissed you so easily.

Zayn:

"I wish that I could take you to the star
I'd never let you fall and break your heart
And if you wanna cry or fall apart
I'll be there to hold you..."

"I'll always be here for you, (Y/N)! Why won't you believe me on that! I'd support you on anything! Please tell me you know that," Zayn begged for your attention, hoping and pleading for you to answer back positively and give a positive outlook on your future together. "How? How do I know that, Zayn? You've hurt me once by shutting me out! That's the worst possible thing anyone could do to anything! You shut me out and acted like I was never here or that I was never important, Zayn! You broke me! You broke everything that has to do with me!" You screamed at Zayn, never bothering to even care about his own feelings. You couldn't even feel anymore, you were just so hurt all the time. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! You know I've changed, and you know that I'd never let you fall again! I'd never let you cry or fall apart because I'll always be here now. I'm here for you now, (Y/N), but you need to let me back in. You need me to carry you through everything you've gone through now. I'm so sorry," Zayn pleaded, falling to his knees as soon as you fell to yours. He held you so closely as tears poured out of your eyes. "I just don't want to get hurt again, Zayn," you mumbled. "And you won't, (Y/N)... You won't."

Niall:

"You tell me that you heard it's all in vain
But I can see your heart can love again
And I remember you laughing
So let's just laugh again..."

For a while, your heart had been so shut down. It built up a wall and soon went dormant. Nothing seemed to work anymore. Your head had been all over space wondering why Niall did what he did... Why anyone does what they do. Your fingers didn't write the words it was supossed to, but instead wrote letters to Niall always asking him the same thing: why? Your legs hurt because you didn't have the strength to see him in the house. Your eyes hurt. Your stomach... everything just hurt because of him. You heard a knock on your door, but you didn't answer. Niall came in anyways and sat upright on your bed and soon began playing with your hair. "I don't even know if you're awake or not, but if you an hear this, then know that I'm sorry. Know that I always will be too. I just... I hurt you so badly, and I can never repay you with anything. But I wanted to let you know that I remember you laughing. You were just paying attention to the movie in your bun with no makeup on and you looked so beautiful. I want that to happen again. I want you to feel comfortable around me again and just laugh."

QOTD: What's one rule you try to live by?

I try to live by understanding people, and trying to help them in any way I can, but a lot of the times it's so hard to do because I haven't been in a lot of situations where others have been. But despite my lack of understanding, that doesn't mean I can't help them too.

That's actually kind of deep for a person like me. xD

ugh, this is a really good preference. wooh, this might be my new favorite one. My feels are all over the place. Also I don't think I'll make this into a two-parter. I've done a lot of those recently, and for a while, I'd like to stick to just singular preferences if thaaaaat's okay with you all. :)

I've spent all day listening to The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe movie soundtrack, and I absolutely have no regrets. That might be another term for me being a loser, I don't even know. haha whoops.

I don't know what else I should write. I'm so blank in my mind right now. woah.
