Author’s Note:  Please, please, please don’t, under any circumstances, stop reading. Seriously, DON’T. I just wanted to try something in this chapter...

Just in case you read something quite “surprising”, just continue. You’re going to miss out if you stopped reading. ;) *evil laugh*

That being said, here’s the update! Enjoy! ;)

February 9:  (Tuesday)

“What are you doing here so early?” I was surprised to see Andrew leaning against the doorframe of my room.

He shrugged. “Your mom let me in.”

“And?”

“I just wanted to wake you up today. Got a problem with that?” He challenged while slowly making his way inside.

“Okay...?” I trailed off.

I frowned after seeing him quietly close the door.

Of course, knowing him, I’m sure his ulterior plan of doing this––whatever this is––is to tease or annoy me. So I made sure not to let him antagonize me. Not today.

I looked at him as he still slowly made his way towards my bed until he finally stopped.

“What are you doing, weirdo?” I asked him.

His stare was so intense, I couldn’t help feeling conscious of what I’m wearing––a white camisole and a pair of “lingerie” shorts. I subtly pulled my blanket a little bit higher.

He must’ve noticed me as he taunted, “Scared?”

“No,” I stubbornly said. “Why would I be?”

“Hm,” He mused. “You’re right, why wouldn’t you be?”

Suddenly, he ripped my blanket off my hands, dragging it down. He gave me a once-over look, a smirk playing on his lips.

“Okay, seriously. What are you doing?” I asked him hesitantly.

“Just relax...” He instructed. “I just want to try something.”

And with that, he joined me in my bed.

Only, he pinned me against my bed!

I put both my hands over his chest as I asked him, “What is this about, Andrew? Get off now, or else––“

“Or else what? You’ll scream bloody rape?” He smirked. “Your mom already left for work. The house is all ours.”

My eyes widened. He wouldn’t do what I think he’s trying to do, would he?

“I swear if you don’t get off me right now, I’ll––“

He interrupted me yet again. “Fight me?” He snorted. “As if you can defeat me, much less run away from me. You won’t get ten feet without me catching you.”

That being said, my anger towards him flared.

Who does he think he is? Is this really happening? He said I can’t outrun him? Well, he thought wrong. This is my house for goodness’ sake! I know every nooks and crannies here. I know all the possible secret hiding places.

But he’s right on one thing though, when push comes to shove, I know deep down I couldn’t fight him. Not only because he’s bigger, taller, and stronger but he’s still my best friend. He might be doing this now but I still don’t think I can hurt him. So I just decided to counter everything he’s going to do.
