Chase's POV
She was busy tapping her smart phone harshly while squeezing her face..
I tapped her and she looked up..
"What are you doing?" I asked simply startled..
"Am trying to call my Dad"
"And you think that where ever he is..He will be able to answer"
"You are right..I will send him a text"
I turned her to face me and I tried to lift up a smile on my face
"Ava..your Dad is alright..am sure he is"
"But how can you be sure?"
"Because he is a shadow warrior"
"All this shadow talks..I still can't settle it down"
"Well you have to cause we have gotta fight"
"Fight?"
"Yes fight"
"I can't fight"
"That's what you think"
"What if we never see him again?"
"That can't be possible"
"Wait..I know who to call"
"Who?"
"Charlie!"
"Whose Charlie?"
"A friend"
I nodded..
*The call*
She tried and tried but it kept going to his voice mail so she left a message..
"Hey Charlie..am sorry if am disturbing you at work but I really need you right now..please when you have the chance..meet me at front Smith Bikers" She said and let out a sigh as she clicked her phone off..
"So now what?" I asked looking at her and I saw tears roll out her eyes..she fell..
" Woah" I let out and got hold of her.
"Ava..Ava..Ava..don't worry we will find you Dad" I assured her and tried to put her to sit up..
"Are you sure?" She said and it sounded like a sigh.
I nodded..
Ava's POV
Dad..please be okay..what ever is happening now..I know you will be alright and we will find you no matter what or when..
And with that I closed my eyes..
Some minutes later I woke up to see Charlie over me and he immediately smiled to see me awake..
I jumped up
"Charlie!"
"Woah..lay Ava..Are you alright?"
"No am not...I can't find My Dad"
"What happened?"
"Well.."
I was about to speak when I remembered Chase and I asked.
"Where is Chase?"
"Who is Chase?"
"I dunno..He just kinda helped me..I think he is a Shadow hunter"
"Ava?.you must have hit your head hard on something..there is no such thing as a shadow hunter"
"I thought so to but it really exist..My Dad and Mum where shadow hunters"
"You are being ridiculous..you must have an headache"
