Silence- the absence of sound
Silence scares me. It shouldn't. All it is is the absence of sound, but it leaves me alone with my thoughts.
For, the world is never truly silent. There's a constant dialogue going on in our heads. Would it be a gift or a curse if we didn't have that? If when the world was silent, so were our minds.
Because truly, our minds never stop. They're always going
going
going.
And I would love to know what everyone's thoughts were. Because I'm sure they think things that seem dull to them but would become some of the most profound words when spoken aloud.
Even when we're alone and the world is silent, we still have ourselves.
