Snow continued to fall quickly, and after a day, Dyandra's town had a huge power outage.

"Ugh!" Complained Dyandra. "I can't email Carter!"

It was getting late so she walked to the bathroom that was lit by candles and began brushing her teeth.

"I really am gorgeous," she said snobbily to herself in the mirror.

After washing her face she glanced at the mirror again and saw something white floating behind her.

"Huh?" Dyandra turned around quickly but saw nothing.

"Aha," she laughed to herself. " I'm imagining things again!"

Slightly creeped out, she tried to open the door to get out of the bathroom but it was jammed.

She suddenly heared faint laughter.

To Dyandra, the voice was creepingly familiar.

"M-Mary Jane?" She stuttered nervously.

An icy hand grabbed her ankle and pulled her down. It was dark so Dyandra couldn't see who it was.

"AHHH!"

The candles blew out.

Dyandra woke up in her bed and felt a hot pack on her forehead. She saw her mom come in with a tray with a bowl of soup.

"Oh Dyandra! You're awake! You were asleep on the bathroom floor."

Dyandra raised her eyebrow.

"I don't remember anything..." she said.

Her mother sighed.

"Just stay in bed, Dyandra. You need some rest."

Dyandra nodded slowly.

Her mother put the bowl beside her and left the room.

Dyandra sighed and ran her fingers in her long, silky golden hair.

She got up to eat some of her soup.

Suddenly the bowl tilted and the soup spilled all over her and the floor.

She screamed at how hot the soup felt.

Dyandra glanced at her arm and saw a red mark where the soup had spilled.

"Mary Jane!" called out Dyandra. "Go away and leave me alone!"

A cold silence filled the whole room.
