C h a p t e r 54

• Johnson's POV •

I woke up the next morning and I check the time to see it was 9:16 am I just decided to get up and go outside for a walk something I wouldn't do but I just can't be locked inside the house or in my room for the whole day until Emily comes back.

I changed into some jeans a grey sweater with a denim jacket over it, I got my glasses phone and wallet and I made my way into my bathroom to fix my hair a bit then I unlocked my door and once I did and turned it it didn't open I look down and it was locked, I just unlocked it and once I opened the door I turn to close my door and I didn't see the table on the floor.

I just shrugged my shoulders and I looked in the mirror that was on top of the table in the wall and I looked really tired, oh well. I looked down and I saw the picture of my and Emily standing and the rest lying on the table. I pick up the picture to get a better look at it and I remembered this time, I brought a small smile to my face until I heard footsteps

"It was her"

I turn to see Gilinsky there standing and I placed the picture down

"She came here last night, she saw the table on the floor and all the pictures broken and cracked."

He said and my eyes widen when he said that she came here and I didn't know

"I saw her but she didn't see me, she just came by to get some clothes and her pajamas"

He said and I looked back down at the picture

"When did she come?"

I asked looking back at him

"Around 2 in the morning or something it was past 12 through"

He said and I was awake at the time I couldn't fall asleep but I did then woke up again. I just nodded and I started to walk downstairs

"Where are you going?"

He asked following me downstairs

"For a walk, I need it. I can't stay in here and wait for Emily, I'm human to not a pet that stays home and wait for there owner to come"

I say and I just walked out, and I started to make my way to a cafe to wake myself up for I won't sleep during the walk.

I made my way inside the cafe letting the warm air from inside hit my cold face and I walk in and of course the first thing that caught my attention was, Emily... I saw her in a table alone on her phone, and I just looked away beforehand can see me and I just put on my hoodie on from my grey sweater

"How can I help you"

A blonde girl said

"Can I just get a iced coffee please, and a medium"

I said taking out my wallet and she nodded

"It will be $3.67"

She said and I gave her $5. She gave me change and I waited to get my coffee in the other side.

I got my coffee and I made my way to a table that wasn't close to Emily of course it was like I sat in front of her but just far away, I just looked down at my phone and drank my coffee

"If everything ok"

A lady said an I look up to see the same blonde girl

"Yeah"

I smiled looking away

"Is there anything else I can get you"

She said getting closer and I look up

"No I'm fine"

I said and let me just say her voice was annoying, not being rude or anything

"Are you sure?"

She asked and I already got annoyed

"You know what, how about one of those cookies you have"

For you can shut up and leave I said in my head and she just smiled

"Of course"

She said almost in a flirty way, oh god
She walked away and she was swaying her hips thinking I like her oh god no never I have someone else I love that won't talk to me which is in front of my but far away

I just rolled my eyes and I looked away looking outside and I heard a small giggle, oh Emily how I miss your laughs and giggles already and I just smiled and I knew she was looking at me and I just looked down at my phone and I looked up a little to see her looking at me and she just shook her head looking down at her phone and I looked back at mine then the same girl came back to me giving me the cookies and she had a smile on her face still

"Here you go,"

She said and I just nodded

"What's your name?"

She said, are you fücking kidding me

"Jack hi nice to meet you, yours"

I said sarcastically knowing that she wouldn't think I said it sarcastically

"Linda"

She said getting closer and I moved more back

"Nice, well look at that it's raining I should be going"

I say looking outside the window not wanting to continue a conversation with her what a great day to not bring my car

"Where's your car? You don't have one? I can take you back home if you want"

She said getting closer and I just got up getting my things this girl is really flirting with me, oh no

"No I'm good it's just rain it's not like I could die by it"

I said sarcastically and she walked up closer to me and I was backing away

"I'm just gonna go ok, bye"

I said walking away throwing away my cup and the cookies I walk out of the cafe not wanting to come back here, I look around at the rain falling down, it wasn't hard which was good but oh well, I placed my hoodie back on since it fell off inside

And I started to walk back home, and I look inside to see Emily looking at me and I just looked away and walked away.

I was soaking wet by now but I didn't really care, I was almost there but it looked like if I wasn't almost there.

Cars were passing by some telling me to get in but no mostly they were all girls of course...but I didn't get in,

My my whole jacket was soaking wet and I could feel it going through the grey sweater I had put under.
