It had been a hectic few weeks. Harry had a new office open in London so he'd spent the past few weeks making sure it was set up right; staff, technology, correct interior. He had been stressed to say the least.

Tonight, his company were hosting an event in celebration of the new office, a way to integrate the new members of the team with the already recruited.

Harry had asked Rosie to come along, she had of course accepted. He had never really taken a girlfriend to these kind of things. He never mixed work with his personal life, but he knew Rosie would fit in well. He wanted her there, by his side.

Rosie was nervous, this wasn't some party. It was an event for Harry's own business. How she looked was important, she couldn't walk in on his arm looking like anybody, she had to look like somebody - or at least that's how she felt.

It had taken her a week to get her outfit perfect. She wanted the perfect dress, shoes and accessories. Harry had offered to send a stylist but she refused much to his dismay. He had pouted and tried to argue it on FaceTime whilst on a short lunch break but Rosie didn't allow it. This was for her to do.

When Rosie walked out of their hotel bathroom after being locked in there for nearly two hours Harry was lost for words. She was worth the wait. She looked beautiful.

"You look stunning," He complimented carefully kissing her. She didn't care if he messed her lipstick it was nude so it wouldn't really make a difference.

"Thank you,"

Harry had booked them in to a hotel for the night as neither of their homes were nearby the event, and Harry wanted an excuse to spend more time with her, not that he needed to have one, ever.

"I like your suit. And you smell good," She smiles, arms resting on his shoulders as they take each other in.

He kisses her once more. "I'd much prefer to just stay here than go anywhere right now,"

"But who would see my pretty outfit?" She playfully pouts.

"Me?"

"I guess you're the only one who matters really," She jokes.

"Precisely." He kisses her nose. "I think I've kissed off all your lipstick, sorry." He tries to correct it with his thumb but she only smiles and kisses him once more, not really caring at all.

"I'll reapply it in a minute,"

When they got there, all eyes were on them. It was obvious this would be the case - Harry paid every single persons wages here. He was the chief, the big guy, the boss.

She almost felt like a Queen walking into a room with her King. Their entire walk to the bar was met by people greeting Harry and Harry introducing her to them. He never failed to introduce her and include her, he explained who people were and their roles in the offices. She didn't feel like a spare part, she felt like she belonged there with him which was a relief - a worry of hers was that she'd be awkward and quiet whilst he spoke to big execs.
