The Confession

IVY'S POV

I woke up to something snuggling my face and I saw the black kitten in front of me. I looked around and I saw that I am in Scourge's living room. I heard steps coming and Scourge was coming down the stairs and he wasn't wearing his jacket, and I sorta blushed a bit and I looked down at the cat. The door opened and he was putting on his jacket and he looked at me, as if he knew I was awake and I climbed off of the couch and we started to walk in the damp woods.

I carried my cat as we walked and we ended up in front of Shadow's and Solar's house. I turned around to say thank you, but he was gone. I walked slowly and cautiously to the house. I tip toed to the porch and quietly opened the door. When it was opened, I saw a flash of grey and I was being squeezed by a really tight hug. And Solar was crying and when I looked behind her, everybody that I met was here. They all looked pretty bad with the lack of sleep, but Shadow and Solar looked worse. She let go of me and she saw the cat and I saw Sonic backing away to the kitchen, and I saw a band-aid on his left arm. Shadow came up to me and calmly but cold like saying,

"Where have you been?"

"Um, I was........attacked at the alley.....but someone saved me and, um.......I hid in the woods......"

"And you were a Scourge's house while you hid?"

"Um......."

"You can't be with him."

I remembered the same words Sonic said to me and my blood boiled. I didn't understand why everyone disapproves him, but I was the one who talked to him and I got to know him. He doesn't seem that bad, but they wouldn't stop glaring at him every time he walks by or even when they think about him.

"Why do you guys keep me away from him?!?!?!?"

"Because, he's been in jail for a crime that caused him and his family shame!!!!"

"But have you ever talked to him and see if he changed?!?!?!?!?!?"

"We don't need to see if he's changed!!!! He's still the same guy!!!!"

I saw a bowl with fake fruits and I grabbed it and threw it at Shadow. He slapped it away as if it was a housefly and he everybody looked at me shocked. My body was hot and hot tears were coming out of my eyes. I ran to my room and I slammed the door. I was about to fall on my bed when I heard a scratching sound on my door and I remembered that I left my cat. I opened it a little so she can have room in coming in and I slammed the door again. I locked it and I cried on my bed. My cat came up to me and curled next to me as if she knew how I felt and she stayed with me until I heard the door unlock and it was opening and I saw a hit of grey, white, pink, black, red, and blue.

SONIC'S POV

I was at home, eating a chili dog, my favorite food, when the phone rang. I answered it and I heard Shadow talking to Solar.

"Hello?" I said

"Hey, Faker. Ya mind finding Ivy?"

"Why? She lost again?"

"Um, don't know."

"Sure, I'll find her-"

"With your incredible speed. Damn, Faker, can't ya ever find something else to say?"

"Nope. See, ya."

I hung up the phone and I zoomed out of the house and I went to the city. I five seconds flat, I couldn't find her at all. I walked past a store and I saw two police officers arresting some of the guys Scourge worked with, I asked if they've seen Ivy around and they said she was with a green hedgehog with a leather jacket and red sunglasses. I ran until I hit the woods. For a couple of minutes, I stood there, remembering of the happy times as a kid. I snapped out of it and sped to my old house. I didn't know why he still lives there, but I might as well check here. Before I knocked on the door, I heard a door closing and I the door opened. Scourge came out with a white kitten in his arms and I asked him,
