Being in the moment means being fully mindfully aware of what's happening all around you.
But a lot or some people don't know that with being mindful in the moment also means to put aside or in other words, forget about your judgments and just be fully in the moment. Listen and ask questions to clarify that you are understanding what someone is talking about with you.
It's also very important to remove the common words used in our language and communication with others that trigger unhealthy and dangerous actions. Like suicide and other dangerous and life-threatening events.
