I had just told the Sara story to Jillian.
"Yeah. And Adriana said nothing. She just watched," I tell Jillian. "Adriana never talks unless Sara addresses her. It's weird," Jillian says.
"So...how was your date?" she asks. "Awesome," I smile. "Did he pull the arm-yawn thing?" she laughs.
"Yes, actually," I say. She laughs harder. "Oh typical Nick. I knew he would."
I tell her about how we found his mom the necklace and how he said I looked cute in his hoodie.
"I can feel the love you two have for each other," she says. I slap her arm. "It was just one date, Jillian. It means nothing," I argue.
"Whatever you say, future Mrs. Merico."
