Hey guys, I made a night drive playlist and want to share the songs with you 'cause for me it always works very relaxing to listen to those songs, and maybe it can calm you down when you're anxious, stressed or you feel bad.
Perfect setting to listen to those songs and experience the best relaxing moment:
•Option 1:
In a car, either driving yourself if you have a driving license, or in the passengers seat, in the evening or at night when it's dark. Preferably right next to a city, in a city, on a bridge, on a highway, somewhere where you can see the city lights in the distance. Turn up the music and close your eyes sometimes, but also look at the city lights. Don't talk, or don't talk much, just enjoy the dark and the lights.•Option 2:
If you can't get in a car when you want to listen to those songs, lay down on your bed. Turn off all the lights, except for a small white light. I for example use the keyboard of my laptopYou can also use fairy lights, but they should be dim and preferably white. They aren't supposed to light up the room in any way. Just give you something to focus on.
