Mya POV

It was Tuesday morning and I was walking to the great hall for breakfast, I headed down the corridor minding my own business when I heard a voice behind me.
"Mya!" The voice called, I turned around to be faced by Fred.
"Hey Fred! How's it going??" I asked
"Great, I haven't seen you all weekend where have you been?" He asked
"I went to visit my father" I smiled
"Ohh, that's nice! did you have a good time?" Merlin, he had no idea.
"Not really, no" I admitted,
Fred looked at me, I could see he was genuinely worried
"What happened?" He asked looking puzzled
"Look, if I tell you. This won't go any further right?"
"Yeah of course! Can I tell George though?"
I shot him a look
"I'd rather you didn't" I sighed
"Ok, I promise I won't tell anyone, even George" Fred smiled
"He beat me up Fred, he's always hated me" I told him sadly
"That's awful! Have you reported him?"
"Yes, I have" I smiled
"I hope they lock the bugger up for life! Look, I don't know if you ever need to talk about it, but if you do... We are mates you know?" He grinned
"Thanks Fred, I appreciate it" I told him, I genuinely appreciated his friendship.

After breakfast I headed to potions and took my usual seat next to Luna, we both worked hard on our shrinking solution. The colour was right, it was brewing along nicely, Luna went into the store room to get some more ingredients, we all could relax a bit as Severus had left the room momentarily to drag Vincent Crabbe to Dumbledore for hexing Neville.

I should have concentrated on the Shrinking solution but I wasn't, I was far too busy gas bagging with Fred who was sat on the table next to me. Luna returned with the ingredients and placed them down on the table, "you'd think it'd be more organised in there" she joked pointing to the store room.

The cauldron exploded and covered both Luna and myself in goop.
I looked around the room and my eyes locked with Lavender, Draco's 'girlfriend'
she had a huge proud smirk on her face. That girl seriously boils my piss.

luna and I both stood there covered in slop, our classmates were laughing and I was not amused
"Oh come on My' you must admit it's pretty funny" Fred giggled
I scolded him with an icy stare which only made him laugh more
'Cheeky bugger' I thought to myself

Severus entered the room, his robes billowing behind him.
He took one look at us and saw red
"What the devil is going on here?" He growled

"Lavender Brown just laced our potion with exploding fluid professor!" Luna explained
"Well maybe if you kept your eyes on it, she would not have been able to 'lace it'.... 30 points from Slytherin and a weeks detention with Flitwick Miss Brown! And 10 points from both Slytherin and Ravenclaw for not paying attention!" He scolded us both
Severus then waved his wand and charmed both Luna and Myself, instantly we were both clean.

After class Severus asked me to stay...well he actually just grunted "A word, Miss Taylor".
And I did as instructed
When everyone had left the room I felt his strong arms snake around me

"I nearly forgot about you" I joked
"Is that so? Well I might just have to do something about that, one wouldn't want you to become 'forgetful' in the future" Severus chucked into my ear, his hands on my hips
He spun me around so that I was facing him

"I've missed you Severus, I've felt so alone without you, even when I have my friends around...." I admitted
"Why didn't you just come to see me?" He rolled his eyes
"I thought you might need some time, to get your head around this..." I kissed him sensually
"Well, you'd better visit me tonight then" he smirked
"I'll be here, I love breaking curfew rules anyway" I grinned
Severus raised an eyebrow to what I'd said
"You really are something else Mya Taylor" he grinned
I bowed as if I was on stage and left for lunch
Hearing a small laugh as I went
