Marinas pov

I wrote up in a strange white room with some loud beeping coming from my right ear. where am i?

"Ohh marina your awake." some girl said

"How's marina?" I asked

"Oh no.. Doctor!" she yelled Running out and coming back in with this guy in a white lab coat .

"Hello marina what can you remember." he asked

"Umm I don't know" I said

"What year is it?" he asked

"I don't know" I said

"What district do you live in?" he asked

"I don't know"

"What is your last name!"

"I DONT KNOW!"

"Calm down marina" the girl said

"Your name is marina calto and you just won the hunger games." she said

"What's the hunger games?" I asked

"It's this game where 2 kids boy and girl from ages 12-18 from each district, and there is 12, goes into one arena and fight to death and only one person comes out alive and that was you marina" she said

"That's a stupid game" I said

"Don't say that. now we have figure out you have amnesia" she said

"What amnesia" I asked

"It's were you can't remember anything" she said

"Ohh ok thank you" I said

"Oh my goodness! marina you are awake!" this guy said walking in and hugging me.

"Umm who are you?" I asked

"What?" he questioned confused

"She has amnesia finnick" the girl said

"What?! no! she cant! marina! you have to remember me!" he said desperate gripping onto my left hand.

"I'm sorry but I don't know" I said and a tear slid down his face.

"B-but" he said

"I'm sorry. don't cry. I'll try to remember ... but what's your name again?" I asked

"I-it's finnick odair. and I'm your best friend" finnick said

"Ohh ok!" I said smiling.

"Ok marina. after a few tests, you will be free to go." the guy said and we did some tests like checking my reflexes and my shinning a light in my eyes.

"Ok come on marina we can go" finnick? said

"Ok thanks f-f-f...." I drifted off

"Finnick" he said

"Ohh ok thanks!" I said

"Now we need to go to an interview so you are going to go with him. his name is nico" finnick said showing me this guy and whispering in his ear.

"Ohh... ok. come on marina I am going to get you a dress to wear for your interview" he said

"Ok" I said and he lead me into a room and handing me a blue dress that went to my knees and had a belt with a little star fish. I put it on and he put blue eye shadow on me and some pink stuff on my checks and lips. then he put my hair in a side fish tail braid with a starfish in my hair as well.

"Ok come with me" he said and I followed him to an area.

"Now here we have.. the victor of the 66th hunger games. MARINA CALTO!" a guy with blue hair said and I clapped.

"That's you. go up on stage" the guy that have me the dress said

"Ohh!" I said and walked on stage smiling and waving.

"Hello marina" he said

"Hi ... ummmm..." I said

"Caesar" he said

"Ohh sorry hi Caesar!" I said

"How is it like being the victor?" he asked

"Well to be honest. I don't feel anything." I said being completely honest.

"Ohh umm ok. what did you feel when you saw your alliance die. lilly, acrtion and barly" he said

"I'm sorry who?" I asked

"What are you trying to say?" he asked

"I don't know. I just don't know who you are talking about." I said

"Really. so you don't care about them?" he asked

"No it's not like that. I just don't remember them" I said

"I'm sorry Caesar, audience but I have something to tell you" umm finnick said coming on stage getting some cheers from the audience.

"Ohh look it's umm... f- finnick? right?" I said and Caesar gave me this look look of what are you talking about

"Yes marina it's finnick. anyways marina here, due to all the head injuries she got, she has amnesia and doesn't remember anybody or anything" finnick said putting his hands on my shoulders.

"Ohh I'm so sorry to hear that marina" Caesar said

"It's ok!" I said smiling as if nothing is wrong but we both knew something was.

"Is there anything you remember?" he asked

"Nope. nothing!" I said smiling

"Does this bring any memories?" he said showing a clip of me crying in front of a couple bodies and me saying that I loved someone.

"Nope nothing" I said

"Ohh that must be really hard on you finnick considering you and her, you know, likening each ot-" Caesar said but got cut off by finnick a hand going over top of Caesars mouth

"Well marina I hope you remember again and we will see you on the victory tour!" he said when finnick took his hand off of his mouth.

"Ok bye!" I said and finnick put his hand on my back practically pushing me off stage with him.

"Thank you" I said

"For what?" he asked

"For telling them. if you didn't they might have thought something different" I said

"Don't worry about it. now come on. we are going home" he said and we went to this train thing.
