I find myself shocked how wonderfully this is written, it isn't cliché or like anything I've read before... You're truly a gem among stones with your talented writing. Anyone can write but few can pull a reader into a story and make them feel as if they're there. Not only that but your character (Adri) is strong but displays her weaknesses and rather then this effecting her image negatively it gives her a whole new strength few understand. So bravo, bravo. (P.S. Ride by Lana Del Ray and this chapter pub lend together SO well in my opinion.) (P.P.S Adri is my favorite [obviously!] and I think there's gonna be a lot of flirting and maybe a bit of running.) - KloieRyce

Chapter Eight: Game of Tag.

- Stella's P.O.V - - - - - - - - - -

"Mate. I know your here."

Matt's utterly frightening words seemed to bounce off of the trees and echo within the vaccant rooms of my house as I felt my breathing caught.

Not only did his possessive tone stun me. There was more. It definitely wasnt Alpha command, but each word contained the power of one- which I know, Matt never uses. Also, the fact that Matt had said mate, meant a hell of a lot. It meant we had a future Luna and he had found his other half. When he said Mate, it couldnt have confused me any more than the fact that I knew it wasn't for me.

I couldn't be his mate. We would have known that by the time we shifted. But, the only other person that this could have been referred to was-

My eyes locked with hers- multiple emotions flew in the flickering blues too quickly for me to even identify. The mix of red and black invaded her crystal orbs, making me fear for my life, but my body halted in adoration. The unusual sight had me momentarily stunned because it was the first time I had ever seen the appearance of her wolf. Not once have I seen her wolf and catching these single glimpses astonished me to no levels.

But, reds became permanent in no later than a minute.

"How wonderful," She smiled puckishly," We have guests."

Before I even had time to suck in a breath, a gust of wind struck sharply at me, sending me flying off of my spot and crashing into the grass of my back yard. Inhaling the stolen oxygen, I flicked my head back to eye the empty porch steps, not long did my eyes wander to the figure rushing over towards me in a quick manner. The hazy blur had me slamming my eyes shut and opening in hope to see who they were clearly. It took a few tries till the forms and figures were one thing and not twins or triplets all over the place. And then- I realized who held onto me.

"Im fine," I hissed, not really bothering to hear what he was saying. Trying to sit up on my own, his arms wrapped around me firmly, making me fly back into his muscled chest.
