I think now would be a good time to tell you about Renee and Wisdom, Mathew and Fear, Joe and Slick, Jessica and Ivy, and Rebecca and Talon. You already know about me and Julie, Chris and Mask -though we'll go over his bar thing, too- and Derick and Fix.

Let's start with Chris' bar thing.

This was the day after his parents death. He was taken away from his home -with Mask, of course- so the police could investigate. It was a Sunday evening and Chris was taking Mask for a walk before heading back to his new foster home.

Chris was still getting over his parents death, and he passes a bar. He stopped at the door and starred at the sign.

"Relief 509 - Get Mellow Real Nice" he read the sign and smiled. "Relief, mellow, sounds pretty nice to me!" Keep in mind, he didn't know it was a club and he thought it was okay since it had no sign saying that a thirteen year old boy and his dog couldn't come in.

The club was loud, the drunks gawking at the dancing girls on the stage. Chis casually walked up to a man that appeared pretty sober. The man was in long, grey baggy jeans and a black T.

"Excuse me?" Chris approached the man on the stool, a shot glass in his hand. "I read on the sign outside that I could get mellow real nice. Where do I go for that?" Chris glanced around curiously, not daring to look towards the stage. At this stage in his life, he wasn't into that kind of thing.

The man must have noticed Chris' innocence before noticing Mask for he handed Chris the glass. "Here you go champ! Drink up, it's on me." She smiled devilishly.

"Thanks!" Chris chugged the drink then clumsily dropped it on the floor, he stumbled a little but quickly regained his balance. "Sorry, that stuff's strong."

"It sure is, boy. How 'bout another?"

Chris didn't see the problem and he ended up having five shots. Mask must have sensed the damage the drink was doing to Chris before he could take the sixth offered to him, for he began barking viciously at the man.

"Hey, shut up, dog!" the man yelled, kicking Mask in the face. Mask flinched then began tugging at the mans pant leg. "Get off!" he kicked him again, but Mask was too stubborn to release his grip.

"What's going on?" Chris mumbled, too drunk to realize that the man was about to hurt him.

"Tell your dog to leave me alone!" Mask then bit his leg and the man bulled out a gun. "If you don't, I will."

Mask knew that the man didn't mean him, he meant Chris. Apparently, both Chris and the man were now too drunk to realize how stupid they were both acting.

"Kid, I mean it!" the man pointed his gun at Chris' head, and of course, Chris didn't notice.

The second Mask noticed the man clench his hand, the white light shown and next thing we all know, Chris is back at the foster home -where he still is now- with no memory at all of the night before. We know what happened thanks to Renee.

Speaking of Renee, lets take a look at her past.

Renee, like Chris, lived in a foster home, only this foster home hated Renee for her spirit and wisdom was making people find her to be a freak and leave the home empty handed. The people at Chris' foster home were all teenage girls, except for the owner who was in her early 20's. Either way, all the girls crushed on Chris, so he had the special no rules treatment and he paid in hugs -it was kisses but Mask kept trying to take them. Back to Renee.

Most of the time, Renee would be strolling in the open meadow out of town. She's dream of riding a horse ever since she was little, so one day she headed towards the towns stable.
