I gulped down the cool water and sighed as I placed the empty cup down. It was a long tiring walk and too hot for me to handle. Sadly there were no trains running through Takuro Town because it was such a small one. It was like a village with only 395 people.

Their mayor was an old man of about 60 years who unlike most of the other mayors was very kind and way way generous. I had done many jobs here in Takuro because of the pay.

He had a beautiful daughter who was a little older than me. She had long silky hair that was a dark, rich crimson. It would look weird on some people but she pulled it off perfectly. Her big amber colored eyes adding to her gorgeous looks. But don't let that fool you.

She was an amazing and skilled fighter. And one of the best archers I had ever seen. And dare I say she was better than Lucy's spirit, Sagittarius.

She had greeted me with a cool glass of water when I entered the town. She was looking forward to fight with me and I agreed to that. I heard that she had married a young man last week and that they missed me for their grand wedding.

That was why the Town of Takuro was holding a party to celebrate their marriage and my return. It felt great to see the excitement and love in their eyes when they looked at me as their savior.

"You feeling alright?" A voice asked, snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked towards the door of the room to see Naomi standing there. She had her long hair plaited with little flowers pierced into it and she wore a white dress that reached just above her knees.

She really was a sight to envy. Almost every guy in town drooled when she walked by but now that she was married, her husband would punch whoever looked at her with such faces.

"I'm good. How's everything around here?" I asked and crossed my legs as I sat on the bed, hugging a pillow. She sighed and sat beside me.

"Well, it sure was exhausting with the wedding and all but I guess it's fine." She gave me a convincing smile.

"So tell me about the guy who managed to grab your attention," I smirked and placed my palms on either side of my face, preparing myself for an interesting story.

"It was," she paused, debating with herself and finally spilled out, "It's an arranged marriage," she sighed. My eyes widened and my lips formed a frown. An angry one.

"What? What the hell!? How could you agree to this, Naomi! This is your entire life! Please tell me you knew the guy before you married him," I had an annoyed expression and my voice had raised slightly.

"Calm down Y/n! I do know him. His name is Jay and he's the son of a very rich business man in Freesia. My father was good friends- more like business partners with Jay's father and they decided this for us to become closer."

"But why did you agree! I mean, is he worth it?" I asked.

"This is the best decision I could have ever made, honestly. It makes my father happy but it also makes me happy. Jay is amazing. He's really kind and understands me so well! I know this might sound weird but he's like a male version of you!" She said.

My wide eyes widened even more and my mouth hung open. "You did not just say that," I muttered.

"Oh shush! He really is good! Not to mention super handsome!" She said excitedly as the image of her husband popped into her head. I was glad I couldn't read minds at that moment.

"You'll see him tonight! And my brother's going to be there too! You've never met him before, have you? Neil? No I don't think you have."

We talked for a while until a lady came knocking and told us that the mayor was free and calling for me. I had come here for a reason after all. I wasn't going to forget it.
