Ryder's POV

"Daddy! Stop!" shouted my beautiful little girl. I tickled her little belly which caused her to giggle loudly. I laughed and kissed the top of her head.

"Uncle Harry!" whined Lucy stomping her little foot on the carpet. Harry laughed with his mate and shook his head. After Lacey's death, Harry moved back with us and became closer to us. Bryce and Vic wandered inside with their mates, Pam and Elena. Vic wrapped his arm around Elena and then smiled at Lucy as she went to hug him.

"Happy birthday Lucykins!" he shouted and grabbed her in a hug. She giggled and hugged him back. Elena kissed her head and gave her a bright pink present. Lucy squealed and grabbed it from her.

"Thank you!" she squealed and then attacked Bryce who already was ready for her. Pam laughed as

Bryce was getting squeezed to death by Lucy.

"Gosh, Lucy don't kill him!" laughed Harry. Bryce and Lucy had a close relationship. She always loved hanging out with him. I smiled and leaned against the wall.

My baby girl was four years old already. She danced around while collecting her gifts. The gang gathered around and sat down in the living room. Bryce, Vic and Harry all had their arms around their mates which stung a bit. I could've had that. I looked away and stared out through the window.

Lacey

Gosh, I wish she was here. It would me her and Lucy but that would never happened. A tear ran down my left cheek as an image of her flashed in my head. I missed her so much. Ever since that day, Pierce never came out either. He was gone along with her. I don't know why but he was. I was suddenly brought out of my thoughts by a certain little girl sitting on my lap with her gifts piling on top of her.

"Daddy help me unwrap!" she commanded which brought me out of my sorrow. She smiled up at me and held out a gift. I wiped the tear away and grabbed the gift from her. I placed her on my lap and we unwrapped her presents together.

I knew Lacey was smiling down at us from heaven. I smiled brightly as I watched my daughter dance around in happiness.

This was my life now.
