Chapter 17: Addicted
"So why the sudden interest in wanting to stop smoking?" Gab asked as we stood in her kitchen
"You really ask a lot of questions."
She shrugged.
"There's a lot of things you don't answer." She countered
"Touché. I just think it's time to make a change. And I don't want Jade to have another excuse not to like me."
She sighed and opened a drawer and began rummaging through it before finding what she was looking for. She held up a blue coloured box and handed it to me. I opened it and the contents fell in my hand as gum form.
"Gum?"
"It's Nicotine gum. It will help calm your cravings."
I put it in my mouth out of curiosity.
"Chew it until it gets soft and you feel a tingling sensation. Move it in between your cheek and your gums then keep doing that."
"Why do you have this?" I said following her instructions
"Let's just say I'm not completely innocent." She lifted up her sleeve to reveal a patch on her arm
"Something tells me we're gonna be good friends." I said to her and she laughed and rolled her eyes
~That was pretty short sorry, it was only a filler so I'll update again in a couple of days, but you guys HAVE to tell me your theories on why Gabrielle is helping Zayn !
Btw, I'm writing this on my kindle (I got for my birthday xD) for the first time
So Gab is a smoker too ! How bout that !
