My entire life I've been made to feel as if I'm not good enough.
Nothing I do is quite where it needs to be.
According to others.
I'm used to it though from them, but now that it's coming from you it really hits home.
Do you realize you are making me feel just like she does?
Downtrodden, broken into pieces my esteem for myself.
It's nothing because hurt feelings mean nothing.
I'll stuff it down for as long as I can before it bubbles out of my eyes as tears.
