What is it to have courage?
To feel like you are dying inside, hiding it all among a smile.
To look into your child's eyes and remain calm even when every fiber of your being is screaming out.
To work with those who have lost all hope, teaching them to live again.
To be different in a world where everyone is trying to be the same.
To be honest when everything around you is deception.
To stand up for what you believe in.
To befriend the one that no one seems to care about.
To want to make a change.
To fulfill your destiny.
I ask again, what is it to have courage?
To have courage is to simply be
