 Who Could It Be

Ayaw paawat pa to si RJ eh sabi ko dapat na kaming umuwi. Ayun, sibat na kaming dalawa. Nagdagdag pa yan sya kanina ng isang bote ng beer. Ako naman, nagpadagdag din ng cocktail. HAHA ang sarap eh. Nakakamiss rin uminom.

We're on our way home. It's so cold. Ang lakas ng ulan lalo na ang hampas ng hangin. Nakakatakot. Should we still pursue this trip? Gabi na, at somehow, may kakaiba akong feeling na hindi maganda kung magpapatuloy pa rin kami sa biyahe.

"Georgina. Ang lakas ng hangin at ulan. Don't you think we should stop for a while?" tumitig ako sa labas ng bintana. Oo nga talaga. Paano yan?

"What should we do?" I asked him.

"Find a place to stay in for the night." nagulat ako sa sinabi nya. What does he mean a place to stay in? Hotel? Motel? 

"Huh? We could stay here in the car, RJ." pwede yan. 

"We can't. It's so uncomfortable in here, Gina." arte na naman. So, ano? Hahanap nga kami ng matutuluyan? Ugh, ayoko ko. Di ako pumayag. Nagpatuloy pa rin kami sa pagbiyahe hanggang sa...

F*ck. What has just happened?

"Shit! We ran out of gas!"

"What do you mean we RAN OUT OF GAS?" ok, that was so a NON-SENSE-QUESTION at all. Obvious naman. Na shock lang ako. 

"Empty, Georgina. Empty. See!" I looked where his finger is pointing. Shet! It's really empty. What the hell. Why now?

"We have no choice." he said while shaking his head. I know what he means. Pusang gala! Ano pa nga ba?
