CHAPTER 2

The History

"Ma'am, here's your coffee." pinatong ng secretary ko ang coffee sa table ko.

"Thank you, Anna."

I took a sip. Hmm. Love it. Sa totoo lang, mas gusto ko pa yung ganitong type ng coffee na tinitimpla kesa yun mga nabibili sa starbucks or any coffee shop. Although, sometimes I do buy coffee there.

Habang nagbbrowse ako sa internet, bigla kong naalala yung lalaki kagabi. He resembles someon I've already seen before pero hindi ko lang alam kung saan.  I wonder where I first saw him. Pamilyar talaga kasi. Ay nako. Ewan never mind. Akala ko lang siguro yun.

I grabbed his calling card in my bag's pocket.

"RJ Gonzales? G. Corporation?" 

Is he the son of...

W-wait. I'm jumping into conclusions again. Kapangalan lang siguro. Si diname-dame ba naman ng RJ Gonzales sa mundo.

I dialled his number. He's really an asshole! Akala nya maiisahan nya ako? I know he's gonna give me a wrong number. Kaya inunahan ko na sya. Porma pa lang nya? Kotse pa lang? He doesn't look like on who does not keep any calling card. May kaya ika-nga. May-ari pa ng G. Corporation na isa sa mga sikat dito sa Pinas.
