Bad Day

Hello pastels, today's update is more positive.
Here is a thing to try if you're having a bad day. Close your eyes and relax all your muscles. Take deep even breathes. Then imagine a happy place. Like a garden, forest, the beach or anything you find peaceful.
Focus on this image for a few minutes or until you feel better.
White noise may help when you are doing this such as a fan or nature sounds. Also make sure you are laying down and are warm enough. Cover up with a blanket before doing this exercise.
