Today might be hard for you to get out of bed, but you can do it.
Here are some things you can do:
Shower
Change into clean PJs
Change the sheets on your bed
Drink warm tea
Get back in bedI know it seems kinda pointless to get back in bed after doing all that, but you will feel refreshed and you will also feel like you have accomplished something.
