“No!” Blue screams, tears streaming down her face. She feels her ropes loosen and her knees fall to the floor. She hangs her head low and continues to scream. “No!” she yells again.

No, why…why did this have to happen…Suzy, she just killed my mom, like in the dream. Why? Why did this have to happen! I should have saved her; I was able to this time! I could have gotten out, if only I’d given Suzy the stone sooner, if only I refused to listen to Amber, this is all my fault. Dear god, please make me wake up from this. Please!

“Get up, you pathetic slug,” Suzy sneers leaning down to face Blue.

Before Blue can to anything, the palm of Suzy’s hand smacks her on the side of her head.

Blue coughs and looks up at Suzy. “You…y-you…” she starts.

Suzy chuckles, “I told you not to mess with us.”

Blue’s face feels hot and sticky with tears.

Suzy’s knee then comes in contact with Blue’s stomach and she coughs up blood.

“Suzy stop it! Leave Blue alone,” Red screams.

Suzy laughs. “Blue’s already pretty much dead, this girl doesn’t have any more reasons on living.” She says and smacks Blue on the head again.

Blue lets out a wincing in pain, “Please…stop…” she begs quietly.

“You’re so pathetic,” Suzy says and sighs.

Blue has another fit of crying and looks at Suzy. “Take my stone, I don’t care anymore.” She says. Just kill me now.

“Oh Blue…” Violet says next to her.

Blue looks at her unable to give a small smile. Her eyes hurt and so does her throat.

“Give us all the stones or the others get killed too,” Suzy screams.

Blue watches as her friends nod in defeat. Blue then looks at the stones from the pillar. Their bright color fades and turns dull and the bright glow around them turns into a dark one.

This is all my fault…we are all going to die and the rest of the world is going to be ruined.

“Blue, don’t think like that, please.” Violet whispers.

Blue doesn’t say anything. She keeps her eyes on Suzy.

Suzy laughs. “Thank you for your cooperation.”

“Now, since we have the stones, well let the other’s go, unharmed,” Janelle says and presses a button on the remote.

Blue looks at the tubes with Greyson, Drake and Daniel in them. They disappear but the tubes stay.

“Where did they go?” Red asks.

“Don’t worry about them, back to where they came from. They won’t remember any of this and they are perfectly fine.” Jami says and grins.

The ground begins to rumble again and the tubes disappear beneath the surface.

Blue looks at her mother’s motionless corpse lying on the ground.
