"... you were also the prince who left me when everything seems right."
Maybe I believed in fairytales too much that I am this broken now.
My heart weaved that there was this prince and princess.
My heart claimed it was you and me.
My heart desired our happily ever after.
My heart believed we'd end up together.
You were the prince who saved me from the monsters in my head.
You were the prince who became the key to my survival.
You were the prince who breath life back in my mundane world.
You were the prince, my prince, my knight, my antidote, my home.
But then I forgot that you were also the prince who left me when everything seems right.
You left me without leaving a word.
You left me, there, in the dark depths of my room, shivering in a mixture of heartache and anxiety .
Then the monsters started to haunt me relentlessly again.
Viscious pain clouded every inch of me til I felt the ecstacy,
Until I felt the sweet twinge in my wrist.
Until I felt the slowly trickling of the maroon liquid down to my knees.
Until I felt the last beating of my heart reaching my doleful end.
End devoid of anguish nor distress .
End where I took my solo flight.
End without you by my side.
