Rain, endless rain
Dark clouds in the sky
You whisper my name
as our passions climb
The taste of your skin
The smell of your hair
Your lingering voice
in the cool night air
Hazy, lust-filled eyes
and the ghost of a smile
You whisper in my ear
"Why don't you stay for a while?"
That is my undoing
I know you can tell
At your mere wish
I lept and I fell
My control unravelled
My nerves set ablaze
Longing in your eyes
and excitement on your face
Skin to skin
our passions collide
The sound of our love
as my nerves unwind
You beg for more
and I gratefully concede
For, you're all that I want
No, you're all that I need
Nothing is greater
than this moment in time
Our chemistry is definite
our passion sublime
You fall against me
as our breaths mingle
My heart races
and my senses tingle
Your eyes drift shut
and it's finally clear
I have no reason to leave
My world is right here
