It's not a coincidence that you make my heart race
that your very presence brings a smile to my face
that you stun me into silence with your beauty and grace
when you are my religion, my prayer, and my faith.
It's not a surprise that I'd always put your first
that I'd stick with you through your best and your worst
that I'd spend every second reminding you of your worth
when you are my moon, my stars, my sun, and my Earth.
It's no wonder why I ache as soon as you leave
why I wear my heart out on my sleeve
why your proximity makes it hard for me to breathe
when you're the very reason the sun peeks over the trees
There's no doubt in my mind that you stand out in a crowd
that you're the most beautiful being around
that the feeling of your love is a feeling so profound
and I'd die a million deaths when you become one with the clouds.
