Lesson 26
Figures

Apparently, I have been trying my best to be a good girl in school because according to an asshole named Rodrick Allen W. Ryan, "If you want to work this out, you should be a good student."

Initially, I reasoned out that "I thought dapat hiwalay ang profession at personal life, bakit ganyan?" I want to annoy him at class pa naman.

"You're hopeless," he mumbled. "Anyway, do you want to have lunch with me?"

"Are you sure? Uhm, kasi, 'di ba... We are here in school."

He messaged me a while ago to meet him here in the library.

"Yep, we can eat in my office naman." He was casually getting random books on the shelf, opening then returning them one after another.

He grinned. "Nah, I already told them I have a student who need extra consultations with me."

I narrowed my eyes. "You don't say na ako ang student na 'yun, RR."

"Ikaw nga."

"But they'll think na grabeng slow ko naman for me to consult with you almost every day?!"

"Eh, I want to have lunch with you. Ayaw mo ba?"

"Gus– I mean, pwede naman." I realized we reached the end of the shelf.

I'll cook our lunch," he looked around and when he is sure no one sees us he faced me, "but you're going to wash the tupperware.  Okay?" He leaned close and touched my nose with his index finger.

I sighed. "Ni 'di nga ako naghuhugas ng dishes before but yeah, fine." I rolled my eyes.

The bell rang which means next period na. "I gotta go," I don't know why I did it but since his face was too close I quickly kissed him on his cheek, "bye!"

"Romulo."

I cursed under my breath.

Genera inquired.

"Hindi ko maaaring sabihin, Ms. San Lucia."

"Oh, baka si Cheska?" she turned her head towards me. "Ikaw ba ang hindi pumasa?"

"Yes, may problema ka?" I raised my paper and showed her my 37/50. "Masaya ka na?"

Genera seemed to stifle a laugh. "Awww, sorry, Cheska," she fanned her test paper to herself to obviously show her 50/50 score.
